Hotel in general a bit old and misses a lot of facilities, like pool bar, restaurant. Nice swimming pool area with lounge beds and infinity pool overlooking the sea. Regarding the rooms it was really good, very spacious, very clean, the bed was super comfortable. Only thing to point was the windows should be changed cause they are old and could hear the wind all night and also please put some blackout curtains, I had to sleep with eye mask cause of all the light coming inside the room in the morning. In general for 2 nights was pretty good for money

Accommodation with no distractions except the sea There is no common coffee pot No refrigerator No outside drinks allowed I used my own towel due to scary reviews about towel fines. You have to carry your suitcase up the high stairs at the entrance. Messy and noisy lobby and bar old interior accommodation The hotel never answers the phone. I didn't receive the email Although it is close to the airport, there is no common shuttle service. I took the infamous airport taxi and paid 70usd. I do not recommend this accommodation There is not much difference from the all-inclusive price. Go all inclusive

We booked a deluxe room with access to the pool, the room stank of sewerage, we asked to change it, the room was changed, but it also stank of sewerage, and plus the room was so damp that everything inside was wet and dirty. I have never seen such a terrible hotel anywhere, and barely for such a price!!!! When checking out, they demanded 2,313 pesos because the bed linen was dirty in quite a few places, probably due to sand! Since their humidity is such that all things are wet and don’t dry out, and everywhere they always wash everything, it’s not even said that they would charge that kind of money for it! This is a terrible hotel, I do not recommend it to anyone!

There is no air-conditioning around the lobby, and you have to go to the hotel next door for meals

There is a room with more than 700 rooms. I can't close the toilet lid. At night, the sea breeze is so strong that I can't sleep. I thought it was crazy. There is no hot water in the whole hotel. There is no restaurant.

Check in was late by 1 hour. Things not clean behind the cabinets.Restaurant slow as could be waited 45 minutes for our breakfast and then it was cold eggs and toast not toasted no butter or preserves had to ask for salt pepper and butter and jam

Extremely Friendly, welcoming staff! great amenities , I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the white couch in the room had some staining. But otherwise everything was very clean, the pool was getting cleaned very frequently, transportation was accessible, and ubers and taxis would arrive quickly, buses always going past. Beautiful spot right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were awesome. Attended to the needs quickly. The property itself needs a little renovation. It’s a little dated. The room had a distinct smell which smelled like it was old. The room plugs were loose, not a lot of plugs to charge electronics too. The room itself was clean and big. The wifi connection was very slow. But the receptionist was good to let us know where the best parts were at. Maintenance were quick to respond to our concern of air condition being too hot. Overall it was an okay place to stay. We didn’t get to explore the resort because we had excursions booked. But I’d say this is a safe a quiet place to stay. A budget friendly hotel if you’re just finding a place to sleep and rest. Ready for the next activities.

Very small but cozy resort with a beautiful beach and bar at the swimming pool! A state-of-the-art gourmet restaurant with great dishes at great prices!!

The hotel is in a great location, and that’s about where it ends. The room was as clean enough to not want to leave right away, but dingy and needs a deep cleaning and paint. The property looks like it was once amazing, but has fallen into disrepair. A coat of paint for the entire property is necessary. The pool bar was closed when we arrived at around 6 pm and the restaurant closed at 8. The elevators were a bit sketchy as well. Luckily we were only there for one night, before our trip further south. It’s a decent place to sleep for a night, but not a resort, and definitely not a place I’d want to spend an entire vacation.

This property was very enjoyable. You could always find a chair by the pool at any time. It was very relaxing. Room was clean. Highly recommend.

It's outdated, which was fine for my purposes. I just needed a place to crash. It was basic but clean. It had a nice pool & beachfront property. The courtyard there was cleaned each morning really early & it was LOUD! Imagine a furniture being scraped along cement over & over & it just echoed. I imagine everyone that faced the courtyard heard the same thing. You could also hear front desk talking to the guy who helped carry up your luggage. Word for word & early! No screen doors to your patio, so if you want to let the Caribbean breeze in, you're also letting every other insect in too.. . It was right off the street so if you weren't hearing the chaos of the courtyard, you were hearing traffic. A lot of it! It wasn't the end of the world, I put ear plugs in.

There is no wifi in rooms. They are doing repairs early in the morning and fumes fill up the room. We had ants in the room and they blamed us for it, we has 4 groups of people sent up to inspect the room. They are using mosquito spray to erradicate ants. They kick you out of room to do cleaning, even though room was empty for hours and they could had done cleaning then. Restaurant has very limited menue. Only one store in walking distance, We had to ask for several repairs in the room during stay. Poor customer service.
