The service was horrible and Mr Deago was not very friendly to us. He said he was the front desk manager who tried to force me to eat an uncooked pizza from the restaurant inside the hotel and completely humiliated both me and my wife saying we had to pay for it. The hot water worked only on occasion, the wifi was in and out and we couldn't get a connection. Even the housekeeping completely screwed up by not cleaning our room after we asked several times and even leaving a dirty towel they used to clean the room beside the television. This is the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed at and is definitely not the price we paid.

房間寬大，工作人員很熱情態度也很好，對於定了遊玩行程的很適合入住，就在市區離機場也近、好像簡單翻新過，衞生也好，床特別大，貌似有2米，如果一家三口入住就特別好

Muy buena ubicación, la atención fue buena, las instalaciones limpias, solo me pareció que el gimnasio es muy pequeño, pero para mi corta estancia, estuvo bien.

バスターミナルから少し離れた場所にあるため、夜の到着の場合はタクシー利用の方が安心かと思います。
ただ、ホテルの隣にステキなカフェがあったり、ショッピングセンターが徒歩圏内だったりと立地は良いと思いました。
フロントの方々はとても優しくてフレンドリーでした。
チェックイン後、お部屋に行ってみるも清掃がされていない様子だったので、すぐフロントに相談に行くと、別の部屋を用意してくれました。
アメニティは石鹸、ボディローション、シャンプー&コンディショナーが用意されていました。どれもとても良い香りでした！シャンプーとコンディショナーは一体型なので、別々の方が良い方は持参した方が良いかもしれません。
お部屋は綺麗ですが、少し不思議な香りがしました。
