"From the very first moment I inquired about the property, Yasmine was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She made the entire process seamless, clearly explaining the dollar conversion and even arranging our airport transportation so we had a taxi waiting to bring us straight to the property’s front door. When we arrived after a long commute, our room was ready — no waiting at all. We were able to walk right in, settle down, and immediately unwind, which made such a difference. The property itself is beautiful, featuring an on-site pool and Jacuzzi just steps away from the ocean. The staff throughout our stay were friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, making the experience even more enjoyable."

"The rooms are spacious and relatively clean, but housekeeping is not always timely. The rooftop terrace offers distant ocean views and is a great place to relax. The island's beaches are covered in stinking seaweed, making swimming impossible unless you go to the northern beaches (where the water is also quite poor). It's best to go out to the ocean. Fresh water on the island is delivered by truck and stored in a water tank. The hotel's water has a greasy feel after use. I tried two soaps and two hand sanitizers, both of which had this effect. I've stayed at other hotels on the island and haven't experienced this with their water. I suspect the water company is causing the difference. Overall, the facilities are acceptable, but the value isn't great."
