"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery Collection. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome and well cared for.
The room was beautifully styled, clean, and very comfortable perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and of high quality.
The absolute highlight of our stay was the swimming pool. It was stunning, with incredible views and a calm, luxurious atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quiet time.
The hotel’s location was also ideal, right next to Chadstone Shopping Centre, which made everything so convenient.
Overall, a truly 5-star experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne!"

"The hotel is very close to the largest shopping mall in the southern hemisphere. It takes less than 20 minutes to walk. There is nothing to go shopping except this neighborhood. But it's quite quiet. You need to bring your own hotel to wash without providing any meals."

"The location of the apartment was easy to find and near Monash Uni which where we need to go daily. The place has good parking facility and easy to find a parking lot. It is quite near to Clayton shopping areas etc."

"The room is clean and tidy. For self-driving guests, this is a very good choice. There is a washing machine and dryer in the room, and the kitchen supplies are fully equipped. But for guests who don't drive, the traffic is not very convenient. In addition, this hotel has no cleaning service on weekends, and the Monday when I stayed was the king's birthday, and there was still no cleaning service. I originally planned to go to the nearby cafe for breakfast, but this cafe is closed on weekends and public holidays, and usually closes at four o'clock. The overall feeling during the whole stay was not very convenient."

"During the Spring Festival, hotel prices in Melbourne have skyrocketed. It is wise to choose this hotel near my friend's house. This is a quiet and small hotel with a nostalgic feel. The waiters are very friendly. There is a boy who can speak Chinese who greets us carefully and feels warm. There is a Close opposite the hotel, you can stroll around. If there is a car, it is convenient and cost-effective."

"Whilst the room was a non smoking it smelt of old cigarettes.
In the bedroom, the bed was very comfortable. The block out blinds don't even meet and as it east facing the light comes through the big gap.
There were only blinds in the living room but they offer you very little privacy especially as the room overlooks the outdoor area. The apartment feels bare as there is a lot of space with nothing in it.
I wouldn't class this as a hotel, more in line with an airbnb."
