房間的燈太暗了，沒有主燈，靠電視附近黑乎乎，在房間裏還要打個手電筒看東西。沒有一次性拖鞋。沒有窗户的房間確認便宜，但很壓抑，能不要儘量不要

酒店各項硬件都不錯，就是地理位置太偏僻了，附近幾百米都沒有什麼吃東西或者購物的地方，基本衹能靠叫外賣，而且因為離市中心太遠了，所以外賣送的都很慢。都2021年了，竟然還有酒店會給在大廳裏銷售的飲料零食加這麼高的溢價，脈動紅茶加聽裝雪碧收了18塊，emmmm……

挑不出什麼毛病，要説的毛病就是感覺是續房很不方便，天天要給酒店前台説一下才能開房續訂，入住這個酒店6天，一天比一天貴，感覺確實如此，哎。下次應該不會考慮了

房間寬敞舒適，設備齊全，衞生乾淨，有免費的水，洗漱用品都是免費的，客房姐姐服務態度也好，給我送衣架，晚上睡覺也挺好安靜。酒店位置也便利！

這是第二次住這裏了，與幾年前相比，差距太大了。幾年前還有高大上的門面和前台，正規有序，這次去了大變樣，差點找不到地方，看到新的門面大吃一驚，有點像路邊的小旅社，檔次差了很多。對於內部設施，老舊現象嚴重，門的安全鎖是壞的，根本無法使用，沒辦法找了凳子擠在門上。另外整體的安全性問題，全靠前台一個小姐姐，萬一有歹人進來，後果不堪設想。唯一值得表揚的是位置很好，離高速近，方便。還有點欣慰的是酒店附近有個雲台餐館，菜量大，味道好，價格公道，老闆態度很好！

這個位置就在路邊 但是不顯眼 老闆很熱情 也很衞生 對面就是步行街 吃的挺多的 推薦的洞氮燒烤不錯 可以去試一試 但是建議打車 走路還挺遠的 洞庭湖真心不用去 去了就失望

第二次路過常德住這家店，第一次17年還好點，空調不製冷，一直保持和室外温度一樣，找工作人員看説有冷風，但是温度下不來，懷疑根本沒有開主機，房間很大味道，花灑邊上露水壞的，定的有早餐，前台説變成早上打包米粉送到房間，早上一直沒有送，去問説去晚了沒有了，要求品質服務高的慎重慎重預訂
