房間衞生不錯，房間很大，預訂的行政房間有免費的飲料，現在疫情期間，房間有專門的產品提示床品已消毒提示卡。體驗感不錯，房間燈光很亮，出入車輛很方便，附近就是超市，買東西很方便，下次還會過來

常山最好的一家酒店，周邊都是商業區挺熱鬧的，距離火車站也挺近的，大概10分鐘左右吧，前台服務熱情、專業，入住時告訴你早餐、無線密碼、停車等，退房問我們感受還贈送了一個非常可愛的小禮包 女兒很喜歡。房間很大，衞生乾淨，晚上還送自己燉的甜品和水果，總之很滿意值得推薦

酒店環境周邊有個綜合體！購物方便，辦入住 前台還主動問 有沒有開車 説把車牌錄入系統，方便進出！這點倒是挺貼心的，我們行李也挺多當時也沒注意這點！

9.14下午入住的 去了之後前台和我們説她明明關了網上預訂的通道 為什麼我們還能訂到房間 和我説沒房間 然後又説剛好又有一個房間 hello有事嗎 你的失誤和我有什麼關係 就算是沒有房間你們的問題不管是升級房間還是怎麼樣 都是你們該處理的問題 而不是和我説 況且你們根本就沒有多少人入住 我不知道那位阿姨你是什麼意思 是想我給你送錦旗？？ 感謝你讓我入住了？？？ 你們酒店能不能用點專業的人
環境：房間很暗 真的非常暗 從來沒見過這麼暗的燈 可能這種暗的 暖色調的燈適合入睡 但是也需要亮的燈吧 不過在裏面待久了以後還好 能看到的衹有圖片上的小燈 還沒有廁所亮堂 廁所乾濕分離 馬桶那邊一開門一股異味 地毯上都是黴點
早飯沒來得及吃不清楚咋樣 反正入住體驗非常差 從碰到你們無語的前台開始

本人因為常年商務出差，也算是住遍了各類高檔酒店，入住時，習慣性的會檢查一下房間，發現未使用的床單上發現毛髮和污跡，房間有異味。可能是半夜入住吧，前台和保安對客人不是很友好，訓斥的口吻，讓人不是很舒服，可能的這個地方的説話口氣就這樣吧，衹能説硬件設施還可以，衹是電梯有點抖動。

酒店服務員很熱情，第一次到常山給我們介紹了本地小吃及遊玩攻略，早餐也很豐富哦！中西結合，品種很多！房間也很大，晚上坐在房間裏可以欣賞常山江的夜景，漂亮、安靜、舒適！就感覺這座小城有很多故事等我們去探索！
