"I don't know if it's because of the location, but it's a good deal to be able to stay in a family room of this size at this price.
The hotel is located at a very conspicuous intersection, opposite Wanda Plaza, which is quite convenient. The front desk service attitude is very good.
The room is spacious, with plenty of hot water, and you can ask the front desk to help add a bed and quilt. The only drawback is the breakfast, which has few varieties and tastes bad."

"Lovely stay here! Location isn’t great as it’s far from the busy side of Changshu but if you love your peace and quiet! Go for it. Breakfast buffet is good but couldn’t get the buffet for dinner because they offer it on weekends only (Friday-Sunday). Asked for a higher floor and they gladly gave me one!
Overall experience was good just a little dust probably because that’s not the room that was initially prepared for us.

"The location is still OK. The room price is OK. It is the Dragon Boat Festival. Come and play. It is relatively close to the attractions. The main reason is that the front desk lady is very enthusiastic. I introduced a lot of surrounding attractions and food, etc. There are also surrounding shops and routes. How to go can be detailed early. Although the meal is generally the same, at least you can eat enough. The surrounding prices are very touching. So I drove over from Shanghai to buy a big purchase. "It's a newly opened bar. The guy who checked me in was not very experienced. He had a small QR code sign in his hand and asked us to scan this and that. He ran from one bar to another. I don't know what he wanted to do. If you need any help with any task, just tell me directly. I will usually try my best to cooperate. The environment is very good, but the hygiene is not good. There are two hairs on the stool when I entered the room. The curtains are a bit too long and don't look beautiful."

The hotel is located in Shanghu Scenic Area. The rooms are not too big. The twin room is slightly larger than the king room. There are welcome fruits, sesame and gorgon cakes are delicious~Minibar is free, and steam eye masks are provided! The point is that if you stay for a long time, the fruits and minibar are all replenished!
The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is even a washlet (alcohol wipes are provided)!
The TV remote control was not easy to use at first, and the room aunt came to change it immediately! The sheets on the first night were not the cleanest, and it felt like there were some small particles of dust. The sheets were changed the next day and it was perfect!
The advantage of traveling off-peak is that there are no people at all~ The hotel gave Xingyi Travel Photography (one room can get 3 free photos), including 1 set of clothing + makeup, the photographer and makeup artist are very professional, the makeup is first-class, and the photo effect is superb! Strongly recommended!
📌 There is free coffee, tea, and sour plum soup at the front desk, and the latte is good!
📌 There is body lotion with verbena scent, very 🉑! You need to ask the front desk for soap, and shower gel is standard!
📌A battery car is available, available on call. Of course, it's okay to walk around by yourself!
📌The hotel belongs to Huazhu Club, and provides ”Little Days” hotel activities every day. Just scan the code to make an appointment! We went to make lanterns and eco-friendly bags. The Shanghu rafting provided by the hotel is also booked in ”Little Days”, directly to the Shanghu Peony Garden.
📌The hotel room comes with a ticket (one of the three tickets for Shanghu Scenic Area, Feixiong Park, and Yushan), which can be collected at the hotel front desk on the same day!
📌There are many breakfast options, 🧇Apply some butter and it's great! There are a lot of fruits and the grape juice is delicious!
📌The hotel's set meal, Huajian Food can be 15% off. I stayed for 2 nights and had 3 meals (mainly because Changshu really didn't have much to eat, and there was no takeaway nearby). Every meal had pepper and sesame Shanghu big white silk, which is definitely the ceiling of white silk fish, super fresh, and the meat is thread-by-thread, which is worthy of the first recommendation! But don't order river shrimp!!

During the May Day holiday, I chose Shajiabang as the last stop of my trip. The Platinum Hotel put a perfect end to my vacation! The hardware facilities of the new hotel are impeccable, the hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich! I especially want to praise the waiter Mi Yong, who was so enthusiastic. MMichael.UKThe hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.

I compared the room types on the app and finally chose this one. The impression is quite deep. The service of the hotel manager is very good and responsive. He even showed us around the whole store, showing his professionalism and thoughtfulness. When we enter the hotel area, it is very private and quiet. My friends praised the room even more Absolutely, I was really amazed when I walked into the room. It looks better than the picture. The built-in hardware is all intelligent facilities. I like the loft room type very much. The projector I use is XGIMI. I want to buy it myself, just in advance enjoy it haha
The breakfast is very rich! Local specialty mushroom oil noodles + big row + a few side dishes, and ordered two cups of coffee at the cafe in the store, exquisite and delicious! On the edge is the Shanghu Scenic Area. The natural environment of this location is really excellent. Very happy, worth the money, I want to bring my family to experience it next time!

AAnonymous UserThe service was warm and welcoming, the facilities were complete, and the place was clean and tidy. A room became available at the last minute, and the owner upgraded it for free. While chatting in the courtyard, the staff busied themselves providing tea, snacks, mosquito coils, and ambient lighting – everything was provided. Our travel plans were changed to simply enjoying tea, admiring the osmanthus blossoms, and chatting because the courtyard was so tranquil. Five-star recommendation!

The key is that the room is close to the road, which is very noisy during the day. It is a little better at night when there are fewer cars, but overall the noise is still quite loud. People who have trouble sleeping should be careful when placing orders. Although we went to the front desk to see several rooms, they are actually similar. The front desk said that no one had said that their room was noisy, which made me doubt myself as if I was looking for trouble? There are also rooms that are not very noisy, but they cost more than 300 yuan, which is not cost-effective...

Let's talk about the location first, just in the city center, very close to Lushan and Fangta Garden, 10 minutes walk. It is also very close to the Lushan City Wall, and the bus is 2 stops away. Besides the facilities, it is a bit old-fashioned, but the furniture in the room can be seen that they are all wooden furniture with good texture, and it feels like furniture bought at home. There are two rooms in the room, each with a 1.5 meter bed, suitable for a family trip. The bathroom is large, there is a bathtub, and it is very comfortable to come back to the bubble bath at night. It is a surprise to have no smell in the room at all, maybe because of good ventilation. The room faces east and has two large floor-to-ceiling windows. When the curtains are opened in the morning, the sun will come in, and the square tower can be seen by the window. The window can also open a small seam to ventilate. The surrounding is very quiet and sleeps well at night. Parking is available at the entrance of the hotel, which is very convenient. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helped us put our luggage. Hotel breakfast is more general, mainly steamed buns, steamed cakes, carb staples, eggs, tea eggs, and soy milk, but no coffee milk (but maybe I went late, did not eat), but a buffet breakfast charge 20 yuan, And there was no price increase during the Spring Festival, which was already very conscience. I was very satisfied with this trip to Changshu, and I will stay at this hotel in the future.
