隔音極差，床頭都是灰，房間裏很明顯的一股異味，基本就是羣租房的那種佈局，重點是在樓梯房的五樓，就值平時60一晚的價格，純純大冤種

房間很小，特別是衞生間，洗漱台熱水都沒有，淋雨水很小，很不方便，衞生狀況很一般，唯一方便的就是位置不錯。性價比不高。

服務：
老闆沒出現過，就是通過電話教你如何開門進去的
環境：
首先這是在巷子裏的某棟居民樓上，居民樓比較老舊，整個民宿都在五樓的一户，一户裏面分成了幾間卧室房間做成民宿房間，要爬到五樓… 大熱天扛着箱子上去真的很累。整體內部環境也不像今年新開業的樣子，房內很多傢俱像是二手老傢俱。房間也不大，尤其是廁所特別擁擠
設施：
牀板子很硬很硬，我覺得花錢買個軟的便宜床墊也要不了多少吧，如果想好好做民宿有些地方就別省了吧.. 躺着真的硬
空調扇葉最高衹能到圖三這個位置 睡在外側那床的人就會被吹到，這個扇葉設計很不合理是整片式的
牙刷用的都是極其劣質的，一刷就掉毛，牙縫老卡牙刷毛😂
衞生：
不知道為什麼這個民宿走廊有味道，就是不是很好聞的味道挺濃的。床鋪衞生做得不好，有一些小毛污垢什麼的
總結：
以這個價位在古城訂民宿其實還是有更多更好的選擇的，這個光是一個深巷的五樓就已經敗給那些在外街上一二層樓的客棧民宿了

非常圖文不符，就是舊住宅改臨租房。我用了攜程提前入住服務，本來10就可以入住了，我1點到，她都沒有搞好衞生。等她換好被鋪，都已經兩點了，其他房間都沒有搞好的。我責備她，意思是你承諾提前入住的服務但是沒有做到，她説她不能趕昨天的住客走，人家給更多錢💰。什麼鬼？
我在房間睡了一會，她帶人來敲門，我不答應，他們就直接開門進來了，説是昨天的客人拿漏了褲子，那個男客人臨走還問我有沒有看見他的襪子。超無語。
所以衞生什麼的早就不報希望了，沒想到洗澡的地方還不去水，穿着洞洞拖鞋真的挺噁心的。
地理位置是在牌坊街邊上，算景區裏了。但是真的是最差的住宿體驗了。

房間與描述不一樣，房間最多就10幾方，而不是頁面介紹的30-35方，詳細看圖片！還有民宿在很舊的巷子舊樓裏面！！5樓！！！步梯！！！沒有電梯！！！再重複一遍，沒有電梯，需要帶着行李爬5樓！！

房間佈置的很漂亮，還疊了天鵝，衞生乾淨年青款裝修黑灰白色，樓下週圍都是繁華的旅遊景點，走幾步就是住的地方，真是鬧中取靜很好睡覺，讓人舒服，直得推薦

地段非常好，臨近牌坊街，開元寺，廣濟橋，去哪都很方便。但是太臭了，衞生間附近一直有惡臭傳出來，整夜都睡不好。衹能打開陽台門通風，晚上冷半死，非常不愉快的體驗。

房間佈置很用心，床上的毛巾摺疊得令人驚艷！有種不捨得在床上睡會把毛巾弄亂的感覺。電視空調也是新的，民宿位置離牌坊街、廣濟橋、開元寺都非常非常近。唯一不足的地方是洗髮水和沐浴露是那種小袋裝的，洗澡的時候手弄濕了挺難撕開的。總體相對於在景區裏面的，價格比較划算了。
