"New hotel, good near South Park, the room is slightly smaller, the weekend price is high, the party downstairs at night, a bit squeaky, parking for 5 knives a day"

"The most satisfying hotel for this trip. Although the hotel is on the side of the road, the sound insulation is quite good and the vehicle noise is not heard. The location is also very good, next to a very famous shopping center Northlake Mall. The staff is very nice and the room facilities are very good. Free American breakfast and dinner, although the variety is not rich, but the ingredients are good, no problem to eat, a hotel with high cost performance. If you have the opportunity, you will stay."
"The service was amazing. They kept the cake cold in the fridge for me, took everything upstairs for me while I parked and even found an item I left when we flew out at 4am the next day! They held the item until my mother came to get it and I was just so happy how honest the staff is I’m so please with everyone, they are amazing here!!"
"I absolutely loved this hotel! We stayed in this hotel on our way out of town & were pleasantly surprised!! The staff was amazing, the hotel was clean, great location!! ☺️"
"The hotel is in a good location for a child outing. There is parking, free parking. I don't know if I can have an extra bed. Breakfast is a standard American breakfast."
"I was there two days with my family. Highlight of the stay was interacting with the staff. Especially, the breakfast crew; they were personable, friendly, and attentive. My omelette was perfectly cooked. In the evening, I sat at the bar; although, extremely short staffed, the bartender was pleasant. The location was central to the places that I like to visit.
The room needed a little attention. There was food or dark drink residue in the sinks both in the bedroom and the kitchenette area and the coach had a few holes where the material on the inside of the sofa was coming out. Other than that, the room was okay."

GGuest UserThe hotel was nice, and quiet, didn't hear doors slamming throughout the night like most hotels. Was told it was only 4 blocks from the convention center. Was actually like 10 blocks. Parking was a little over priced at $45. The valet never sent call links and it took 25-30 min to get our truck sometimes then they expected a tip as those links didn't seem to have any trouble getting through to my phone. Parking/valet would prob be my least favorite about the hotel. Breakfast was spot on! The staff were incredible in the breakfast area. Especially one lady I wish I had her name. My sone was getting over a chest cold and she made him a Honey Lemon Tea.
PPCB-RI reserved the room expecting to arrive in the early evening but after a really long flight delay I arrived before midnight. My room had been assigned to other travellers who had flight delays which had me worried as I had already pre-paid. I was upgraded to a King bed with no extra charge. The room was clean, and it had fresh towels and bedding. The shower was amazing after my long trip and the bed was comfortable. The young lady at reception. Forgot to remind me about Daylight savings so I set my phone time for the wrong time and missed breakfast but otherwise it was a great short stay.
TTemika ChatmanDecent hotel for just a weekend stay. The breakfast is very close to continental style minus the scrambled eggs. It's closely located to grocery stores, retail stores, gas stations, restaurants, and the highway.
袁袁We drove through Charlotte, only stayed here for one night, and we had to hurry, so we chose this hotel on the side of the road. From this perspective, her location is very good, just a few minutes up and down the highway. Nothing else is special. This hotel is like a domestic chain store.
KKrizza Mae Reiszl RuizI arrived at the hotel from the airport late at midnight. The hotel is quite large, but they only have two elevators, and my room is located very far from them. I had to walk a long distance while carrying my luggage to reach my room. Once I got there, the room key didn’t work, so I had to go back downstairs with my bags to inform the front desk.
A staff member came up to provide me with a manual key, as he could not open the door himself. I asked him for a new room key because I wanted to go downstairs to find something to eat, as I hadn’t had dinner yet. He mentioned he would return shortly with another key, but I felt uneasy being alone in the room, especially since it seemed like not many guests were staying at the hotel.
CCeddersGreat and clean rooms.
Big rooms.
Bed big and comfortable.
Everything that is needed is in there.
Close to the airport.
Have a shuttle to the airport.
TTheTravelingWitchWasn’t all that great but you get what you pay for hallways and stairwells smelled weird elevator wasn’t working and people in lobby have horrible attitudes
