Environment: It looks very good from the outside, but the room is dark and damp when entering. Service: You must pay a deposit to check in. When I entered the room, I found that the door was broken. I contacted the contact person at the front desk to see it and there was nothing I could do. I called later and reported that it had not been repaired. The front desk asked me what do you want now?

The hotel is quite large in scale and the environment is surrounded by mountains and rivers. Our family of three lives in a suite with two large balconies. Every room here has a balcony. I like it very much. But the sanitation is not very good. There is dust everywhere, food scraps and hair on the carpet, spider webs and bird droppings on the balcony, and it is not cleaned in time. And breakfast is not good, there are few varieties, two or three are all pickles, it feels like making up the number, and there is no meat dish, this is the worst breakfast in the hotel I have ever stayed in!

The hotel is located next to the scenic spot, and the surrounding facilities are quite large, the architectural layout and scenery are very good, the room facilities are quite satisfactory, the hot water is good, and the sanitation is acceptable. I set up a parent-child room but the balcony door lock was broken. In addition, the first floor was relatively humid and changed to a standard room on the second floor, which reduced the humidity a lot. Many hotels’ common linen fabrics are too dense, have poor moisture absorption and air permeability, and the quilt is too thick. There are not many varieties of breakfast.

The parent-child room I live in is very cute, and there are toys at the entrance of the aisle. The room is just like the introduction is not big. It’s nice to have a balcony. This hotel is a three-star hotel, and the price is not expensive, so don’t ask for a five-star standard... The food is not expensive, and the portion is not small. The restaurant is still much better than the outside farmhouse dining environment! As a general Samsung, the only dissatisfaction is that the bathroom hardware is too poor and it is not properly maintained. The door of the shower room is not closed tightly. There will be a big seam, and the shower water will flow outside; the shower 🚿 The water pirates are large, and they may not be closed tightly in some places. Once opened, they spray everywhere. They dare not open fully. They spray everywhere...

The environment is good, the hot spring is particularly good, the only thing is the shower in the room, the quality is not good, I don’t know how to change it if it’s broken

酒店門頭很大，到的時候晚上 10 點，網上提前預約的兩天兩晚兩間標間説沒有了，等了 30 分鐘左右，給升級了一間套房和一間親子房，雖然等的久，能給升級房間還是比較滿意的。房間裡邊設施比較一般，陽台窗户關不上，洗浴熱水一會兒涼一會兒熱，給孩子洗澡孩子都怕孩子着涼了。早飯一言難盡，五一期間人特別多，菜品味道一般，找桌子找不到，找到的桌子上吃完的碟子碗沒有來得及收拾，草草吃了就離開了。還想吐槽的就是門鎖，總共找前台了三次，門鎖沒電一次，卡消磁了一次，需要續住禁卡一次…… 因為下雨，原本計劃好的九龍山爬山沒去成，就去泡了温泉，場地確實大，就是幹浴巾供應不足，天氣又涼，濕浴巾裹着太冷了又沒辦法。總體感受一般，景區環境真的好，服務意識有待提高！

入住必須14點才開始辦理，辦理時候排了長長的隊伍，到房間結果還沒打掃，陽台的門也鎖不上，早餐差點意思，我覺得根本原因是這麼大酒店服務人員太少，長假期間訂單這麼多，應該提前做好準備，提高服務質量。

酒店規模很大，但相對老舊一些，親子房隔音非常不好，因為第二天要早起趕路很早就睡了，半夜十一點來了一波客人，小孩子吵鬧在走廊裏奔跑打鬧，大人屢次摔門，聲音非常響，被吵醒了。價錢算便宜，但我們走得早沒吃帶的自助餐，也是十一之行唯一帶早餐的酒店。

裝修真心不錯！衹是也不知道是價格便宜還是什麼原因，感覺軟件非常差，房間感覺沒有打掃，地上有別人吃過的麻花，還有瓜子皮，還有一個類似一次性毛巾那樣的臟抹布，衞生間的浴櫃下面直接不能看，房間臭蟲氾濫，把人嚇個半死，前台服務員沒有一個是帶笑臉的，早上吃早飯排大隊，早餐還可以，就是排隊讓人吃飯像打仗，感覺到了大學時代，温泉確實很大，也是沒有服務員，總之就是軟件太差，浪費了這個好酒店的硬件
