The last time I came to Chengdu for a business trip, I stayed at this Crystal Hotel. I liked the service and the hotel's decoration style very much. So this time I came to Chengdu for a business trip, they were my first choice for hotel accommodation. This time I came back and it was different. What a pleasant surprise. Most chain hotels provide 24-hour self-service laundry rooms, but if you go to the laundry room at any time, the washing machine will be in working condition, so it will waste time. . What surprised me this time was that when I went to the laundry room, there was a staff member who took the initiative to ask me which room I was in. After washing and drying, they sent me to my room. I could iron any suit or shirt that needed ironing. It was ironed and sent to the room. Wow, I was really pleasantly surprised. This service made me feel that it was worth staying here. I have already recommended it to my colleagues who came to Chengdu on business to stay at the Crystal Hotel. Not only is the location good, but the decoration style of the room is also great. I like it, the service is so good, even if the business is not booming, I recommend it again to everyone who is on a business trip in South Station.

Another thing I have to praise is the location of the hotel. The location is very good. You can see it from the subway entrance. There is the very cost-effective Tiantian Hotel downstairs. It is also very close to the tavern. You can go to Tiantian Hotel Have lunch - go to Fanghua Street for coffee in the afternoon - have dinner in Yulin in the evening - then go to a tavern on Yulin Road to have a drink, listen to folk songs, and feel the vitality and charm of Chengdu!

This hotel is a great value; we got a fully furnished apartment, including a dining table, a large refrigerator and washing machine (the hotel even provides laundry detergent). The towels stand out and are incredibly soft. This isn’t a complaint, but a few warnings for any foreigners staying here: (1) The check-in process is a bit unique. There’s no checkin desk in the building lobby and access to the elevator is restricted until after you checkin. In order to checkin, you need to call the hotel and they will send someone to the lobby to meet you. This means you will need a working phone to call the hotel. (2) There’s no phone in your room which you can use to call the front desk or housekeeping. If you need to communicate with the hotel, it’s all done via WeChat. So make sure you download and create an account before you arrive.

The hotel room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, and it feels good. The hotel is also very conveniently located, close to the bus and subway, and taxis are right at the door. There is a small restaurant next to it, and the front desk lady is enthusiastic and provides 24-hour service.

Not bad, booked two rooms, stayed for a few days, and was quite satisfied. However, the air conditioner in my room suddenly worked until the last day I left... But it wasn't very hot, forget it. The hotel is not far from Jiaozi Park, with various restaurants and services nearby. The room has good sound insulation, sanitation and facilities are also OK, the elevator requires a card (high security), and a four-star price-performance ratio. The breakfast is a bit average, not too many choices, and the key is that when I went to eat at 8 o'clock, there were already ”leftovers”, cold and several dishes were basically gone. The staff only cleaned up the table, and no one wanted to replenish the dishes.

I had a wonderful stay here!!! The rooms and the lobby/tea room are beautiful and clean. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. I don’t speak any Mandarin, but they were very patient using the translator with me and very eager to help me with anything I needed. They did my laundry for free and the cleaned the room nicely every day. It was a great value for the price, especially compared to the other hotels I saw available for the same nights. I was hoping to eat breakfast here, but I didn’t get the chance, so I can’t comment on it, but I ate at the restaurant on the 6th floor, which had a great ambience and was convenient and reasonably priced. It was also a short DiDi ride to anywhere I wanted to go. I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is close to the South Railway Station, with a big entrance, clean rooms, and a large room area. It is spacious for children to stay with. The bay window is large and has a cushion, so it is no problem to sleep lying down. The room is very quiet and soundproof, and there is no soundproofing problem as I worried about after reading the reviews. Takeaways can be delivered to the door of the room. The front desk customer service and the room cleaning aunt are very warm and friendly. Because the room type is tight on the day of check-in, the front desk also took the initiative to upgrade the family room. It is very good and worth staying.

There is a feeling of sleeping at home, the room is also equipped with black tea and green tea, and coffee! Almost all intelligent! I decided to live in his house in the future! The price is really high! There is also breakfast buffet, and the combination is good!

Good choice to stay here, a short stroll to catch the train. Clean, comfortable room to shower and rest for the evening. The room has cigarette smells despite us requesting for a non-smoking room though they did say they tried to air the place before we arrived. Good effort, but outcome was still a room with smoke smells. If trip.com could somehow have a function to preregister us and we can show front desk we have been assigned Room xxxx that would make checkin seamless As it were, we had to produce passports for registration upon checkin, with our limited Mandarin we had to figure out what was requested. Nevertheless, we would recommend this place and would stay again for the convenience.

The atrium is grand, the lighting is good, the aisles are wide, the air is smooth, the room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, the beds and quilts and other supplies are newer, and the sound insulation effect of the space is excellent...
