The front desk staff was friendly. The front desk lady upgraded me for free on the day I checked in. The room layout was very comfortable. The decoration style was *******. The only thing missing was that the bed sheets made me itch after sleeping.

I went to Chengdu intended to visit Sanxindui museum， however I cannot book the ticket as my phone do not support on line booking .The front desk receptionist advised me travel via local tourist services.As my Mandarin is not good enough, the hotel staff help me a lot though it is not their responsibility.The services make my journey in Chengdu become a very good experience. Also the free afternoon tea is a unexpected treat to the customer

The hotel accommodation experience exceeded expectations, the service was thoughtful and meticulous, the room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were complete and advanced, the breakfast was rich and delicious, the front desk Xiao Zhang provided enthusiastic service, and the overall feeling was very satisfactory.
