Our experience at the hotel was very good We loved the decorations, the location is awesome, breakfast was great too! All the things in the room were of a good quality too: tea, shampoo, conditioner etc everything left a very good impression The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They let us do a late check out. I visited during the golden week in October and had such a pleasant stay here at Hazens! I arrived quite late in the night and was greeted and served by very friendly young employee called Cheng who was very kind to take my request of a room facing the square as I wanted to see the flag raising ceremony on their national day. He was super professional and friendly and he made my stay so great! I do think his other female colleagues should learn from him though, they didn’t seem very happy to serve other patrons. The hotel is clean and quiet and super comfortable I had such a relaxing time despite the massive crowd in the city. Thanks Cheng for making my stay such a great one! Will recommend to my friends and be back! :)

Hotel is 8-10 mins walk from Chunxi Subway station by crossing the road junction once you get get of it. It’s on the quieter side of the long road away from the bustling shopping area. Rooms are clean and cosy. Reception staff are pleasant and efficient. Housekeeping staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here in future.

During the day, the indoor temperature reached 33 degrees with the windows closed (no pictures were taken here). I called the front desk and said that the central air conditioner was not able to do anything. They asked me to open the window to ventilate and turn off the air conditioner. But be careful. As I said before, this hotel will be noisy if you don’t close the windows. From the moment you enter the hotel, all the staff will remind you to close the windows and soundproof. But the front desk gave me such a plan? ? Sleeping with the window open is beyond their imagination. Of course it was still daytime, so I followed the front desk’s advice, turned on the window and turned off the air conditioner, and went out to play. When I came back in the evening, after a whole afternoon of turning off the air conditioner and ventilating, the room temperature was still 30 degrees, and it was too hot at 12 o’clock in the middle of the night. Sleeping proves that the solution provided by the front desk fails. The second time I called the front desk, they still told me that the central air conditioner was like this and couldn't be adjusted. They asked me to find an air cooler for me. It was ridiculous that it wasn't an air conditioner. If I put another electrical appliance in the room, it would only generate more heat and increase the room. The temperature is good! ! Then I asked to change to a thin quilt, and the front desk agreed verbally. After a long time, they gave me a quilt with the same thickness as the standard one in the room. Let me ask you, are your waiters so careless when serving? Just get a thinner quilt? ? Don’t you know what kind of quilt you have in your room? ! It's past 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, which means waiting for half an hour in vain. I suggested again that a thin quilt cover would be fine and was given a quilt cover. But it’s really too hot at 30 degrees with the window open. It’s annoying even if you don’t sleep with short sleeves. Not to mention the temperature will be higher if you close the window. I still can’t sleep well. I should call the front desk to ask if there are similar situations in other rooms and if they can be changed. In other rooms, there are no marginal room heaters that are not as hot. The front desk checked for a long time and said that there was a downgraded double bed room that could be changed to. Then I asked if the room temperature was lower, or if it was the same, the front desk said they didn't know. I would like to ask, it is almost 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. I want to change rooms to cool down. You said that you have a room, but you don't care whether the room temperature is normal. If it is extremely hot again, do you want me to move my luggage in the middle of the night for nothing? ? Finally, at my strong request, the front desk gave me a downgraded room, saying that the room temperature was 27 degrees. We agreed to move there. We went there and saw that the actual temperature in the room was 18 degrees. (I laughed so hard that 27 degrees was not made up or not. How did it come about?) I finally slept in a normal temperature. It was already past one o'clock in the evening. Throughout the above process, it can only be seen that the staff has no real intention to help the guests solve the problem. From the first suggestion to open the window, the guests have to endure the noise, and then there is nothing they can do. The hotel settings, in When guests come up with various solutions to solve their problems, the staff do it in a perfunctory manner. They don't take the initiative to come up with solutions, and even discount the implementation. The whole attitude is just a formality and they don't help solve actual problems. It's really rubbish.

This is my third time staying at Atour. The last time I stayed, I was disappointed by their shampoo. This time I tried to stay at Atour again in Chengdu, maybe because on New Year's Day, the house prices are high and the area is small. There are no windows. Breakfast is also not included. The best is service. The location is really good. Downstairs is Dongsheng Street, which is great for shopping! There are many coffee shops and bookstores. The photos are also super beautiful. Kuanzhai Alley is also nearby. I'll stay here again if I have the chance next time during the off-season.

I had a great time in Chengdu, and that was partly due to this hotel. Checking was smooth and I like that it's from 12:00 instead of the usual 14:00 around the world. There's drinks/tea in the lobby that is nicely decorated. There are seats outside to hang out if you want to. The room looks just like the pictures, and has everything you'd need; it's well stocked with snacks, coffee, tea and water. I had a room facing the street and it's nice and quiet during the evening. It's located in a local area, and there's a convenience store next door, and there are a few restaurants, shops and coffee places within walking distance. It's kind of in the middle between two metro stations, both are close enough to walk and it's easy to find. What made it especially nice for me where the little details, such as a lovely written note by the housekeeping staff adding some tips for the stay, or that the staff rushed over to help me setup the laundry machine and they even brought my self-service laundry to the room after the dryer was finished, so I could carry on with my day and not wait for it, so nice! I'd recommend this hotel if you're staying in Chengdu, and would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

Returning to this place after a trip out to Emeishan. Was greeted warmly by a staff who helped me check in two days ago and remembered me. Now that I have time to wander the streets of Chengdu at Chunxi road and Taikuli, i must say this Ibis is in a good location ! There is also a free laundry facilities with detergent. Excellent !

It should be an older star-rated hotel. The equipment and facilities inside have a sense of age. Although the check-in experience this time is not very good. For example, the security guard at the door obviously lacks training. It does not matter if you are old, but there is almost no sense of enthusiasm and initiative. Inside the room Things must have been cleaned carelessly. There was only one bath towel and one hand towel. I don’t understand! The tea table only has two bags of tea and no coffee. Why not provide coffee since there are coffee cups? I guess guests should bring their own! After the response, the after-sales service was good and they were able to face problems themselves. In fact, old star-rated hotels rely on software to be competitive!

Very nice hotel for its value. The hotel located in the center of Chengdu. There is a huge public hospital nearby and every is very close. Staff and front desks are very helpful. One thing I don’t like is smoking smells. Even in nonsmoking rooms they have lighter and ashtray prepared on the desk. I don’t know why? But other than that it is great place to stay with the price it offers.
