The Mulian Hotels in Chengdu

It has been a great trip! Book this hotel because close to my friend place , straight 3nights stay which is a bit worry as non smoker I had bad luck with room most time in China. But stuff are really kind and helpful ,so we extended one more night. Room still a bit spacious but really clean and comfortable!

The hotel check-in experience was great this time. We arrived a little late, but the front desk staff quickly checked us in and upgraded the room type. There were free drinks and welcome cards in the room. Knowing that I was a light sleeper, Haya at the front desk also sent me noise-proof earplugs with a robot. The restaurant had a rich breakfast, and when I left something behind when I checked out, the staff quickly contacted and helped to send it back. Here, every detail is full of humanistic care!

It was a great weekend to check in at Taibasila. The service was pretty good. The children had a lot of luggage and they took the initiative to deliver it to the room. After putting the luggage in the room, they introduced the hotel supplies in great detail. Chengdu people are too late. This weekend was a relaxing weekend. The sun was shining in the park. I had afternoon tea and it was very comfortable.

Location Frontier Medical Center, the nearby area has not been completed, the supporting facilities are not perfect, and there is basically no food nearby. Environment The hotel environment is still OK, it is newly built, and it is still very clean and bright in all aspects. Facilities and Equipment 1. The hotel does not have its own gym, but according to the Ctrip introduction, it is actually the gym in the park, and it was not available when I stayed there. This is definitely false advertising; 2. The laundry room is very simple, with a washing machine, no dryer, and no disinfectant; 3. The water temperature is extremely unstable, either very hot or cold, and it is very troublesome to adjust; 4. The light switch does not have a mark on which light it corresponds to. It is repaired together in a row, and it is pressed randomly. The picture shows the one next to the bed, and the row at the door is even more scary, there are too many; 5. The switch key is damaged. Service Some service staff are not very patient.
