The hotel is well-equipped and 5 minutes away from the beach. The restaurant has a buffet and Northwest specialties. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel is convenient to access, especially there are many delicious local foods around. I went out with friends, and there was a barbecue in the hotel with beer. The hotel met all our needs. The waiter was very enthusiastic and introduced the hotel facilities and dining times one by one. I will come to this hotel again next time

There were some minor incidents during the booking process. Ctrip and the hotel were very active, enthusiastic and patient in helping to solve them. They lived up to expectations and let the children get together as they wished. Every child was very happy and didn't want to leave the hotel to play somewhere else. They also agreed to come here again next time.

This hotel could be a perfect getaway for couples if they were more focused on the spa part. The hot springs next to each building are really nice and hot. The lighting however could be more inviting instead of cold white. Also the wooden walkways could use a prep up. The Spa itself looks really inviting, but during our stay, there was only one masseur available. So no partner massage possible, even though it was 2 bed massage rooms. Also the massage was quite pricey with just about 700¥ per hour. The breakfast was OK. Nothing to really look forward to as European, but edible and coffee was available. Additionally, there is a fresh fruit plate for the room each day. The staff (not speaking any english) tried it's best. Lastly, the hotel is quite remote. There is really nothing much to do in the near surrounding. So have a car ready or settle for a taxi ride for 30 minutes to Haikou city...

The room is old, but the space is large enough, and there is a balcony. The underground parking lot is dimly lit, which is quite scary at night. There are sporadic shops around, and the environment is OK. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is closed and can only deliver meals to the room. There are many types of breakfast, but the quality is average. For a price of more than 300, to be honest, it's OK.

This hotel is recommended by a friend, so I didn't look at the evaluation and decided directly. Originally set for 5 days, because the self-driving ferry time is uncertain, 5 days have been set several times, the room experience of the first two days is very poor, the first day I entered the room, I saw the order at the back can not be refunded... I can't refund it and I am very depressed. Fortunately, I changed the 5th floor in the last three days. The view was wide at once, the room was much larger, and the facilities in the room were much better than the one on the 3rd floor. There was really no comparison and no harm. Speaking of which, the location of the hotel is very good, the beach is out, it may be a long time, all kinds of aging, the price of the New Year is less than 600, the price is still OK.

Service: I originally wanted to experience the local breakfast food, but I found out that there was nothing around after I arrived😭 After learning about the situation, the little brother at the front desk applied for a buffet breakfast for us for free, so I still have to say thank you🤗🤗🤗 Environment: Self-driving all the way is really disappointed with the surrounding environment! What we didn't expect was that the hotel is spacious and bright, and the windows are bright and clean, which gave us a little more joy...
