"This is a love hotel. It’s a bit dangerous if you don’t even check your passport. (I wonder who the other residents are?) Although the counter doesn’t speak English well, the service is very enthusiastic. The location is also good. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the airport bus, not far away. Very close to the downtown area. The worst thing is the design of the bathroom. There is no countertop to put skin care products. You may have to use it outside... There is also an air-conditioning vent directly above the bed, which cannot be adjusted. The air-conditioning light cannot be turned off. It is difficult to sleep. The pillows It's also very bad, it makes strange noises... Although there are massage chairs, they are all in Korean, making it difficult for international tourists to use them, which is a pity."

飛行機が遅れたため、チェッイン時間を過ぎてしまいましたが、フロントに3時までホテルの方がいてくれたため無事にチェックイン出来ました！
エレベーターもルームキーがないと動かない仕組みでセキュリティ万全で安心出来ました！
お水やコーヒーもセルフで飲めるのも良かったし、床暖も暖かくて、また清洲に泊まることがあったら ここにします！"

"I like its location the most. Go out to the market and Cheng'an Street downtown area. The room is large, the bathtub is large, the spare parts are rich, the TV is also oversized, there are two computers with slow internet speed (anyway, it is not bad to use a mobile phone), and the bottled water in the refrigerated cabinet in front of the counter is as you take it. To talk about the shortcomings, there are 30 degrees outside, the air conditioner is located at 27 degrees, the air outlet is very weak and can not adjust any settings, the room is stuffy and hot at all, and the whole night is sweaty. However, after the boss checked out, let us send our luggage to go shopping easily. Thank her."

GGuest UserThe hotel location is good to me, and very close to the train station as well. Very quiet and clean. Nonetheless, I'm so curious why they don't have a shower curtain, so it won't let the water splash all over the bathroom when people standing to do showers.
And yet, it would be much better if they have common language (such as English at least) in the room (not just Korean language which most foreigners don't understand). Made us quite confused and frustrated. The most important is they should post the accurate information (check-in time) on the booking details. It said that check-in at 14:00 when I did the booking, but the front staff said it is 16:00. :(

GGuest UserHonestly, the location was good because I could sleep quietly, but this is a personal preference, so it's hard to see it as good. There was nothing bad. The room I used had a computer, but I couldn't use it. But my personal opinion is that it's a little greedy to hope that the computer will be normal for less than 30,000 won.
Maybe more than 30,000 won room I want to work normally on the computer

GGuest UserThe Grand Plaza is a nice place to stay. Rooms are large and very clean. Great water pressure! Staff is polite and very attentive. In house breakfast has a great variety of both Asian and Western foods. Hotel restaurants are good, but not very busy due to the overabundance of local restaurants that surround the hotel, most of which have menus with English on them. You can get a great Korean mean for less than $10 within a block of the Grand Plaza in any direction.

The front desk staff were also friendly.
It is about a 20-25 minute taxi ride from the airport.
However, it was disappointing that the room was not cleaned properly, and there was hair and makeup left behind from the previous guest.
The desk was also old, as the wood was peeling and I had to rub my arms against it several times, which hurt.

AAnonymous UserWe booked a two night stay here, but the first night was so bad that we wanted to check out. Because we brought our elderly with us, they complained that the room was very cold, so we went to the counter and asked for help in English. The counter staff asked us to turn up the temperature ourselves and they would go upstairs to check later. Because the temperature of the other room we booked was not set as high, and due to the language barrier and inability to understand Korean, we waited for about 20 minutes and went to the counter to ask for assistance. At this time, the counter staff took a small electric heater from the counter, turned on the temperature after arriving in the room, plugged in the heater, said nothing, and just left and closed the door... The poor attitude made our whole family dumbfounded. I thought, what did we do wrong? When I returned to the hotel the next day, I saw that there were still tattered sponges and dishcloths in another bathroom.
The breakfast was great! But the service attitude at the counter is really unacceptable.
