The stay was great. Easy check in. The staff was very pleasant. The gentleman who checked me in walked me to the room so i knew where it was. Very quiet location. Would definitely sray here again.

Heat does not work in room 200 and i called front desk and nobody is answering. My room does not have a smoke detector either.

Outside noise and noise from other rooms was irritating but not bad enough to complain. The shower had hair in it. The hand soap was useless. The "complimentary" breakfast/options were underwhelming to say the least. packaged bars and muffins were terribly dry. The coffee was terrible. But for the price it served its purpose.

The property was wonderful, until I found out apparently I have been banned from all there properties and I don't know why.. I have never stayed at a extended stay before and I couldn't get a good reason why I was banned.. the manager did give me a number to call but the initial shock was mind blowing.. them when I tried to get the room for my girlfriend the 2nd night they wouldn't allow her to stay saying something was off because I used my Afterpay app to pay for it... It almost seemed like we were being singles out of accused of trying to pull fraudulent activity or something..

Would be nice to know that even with paying ahead on ******* that there's still a $100 ancillary deposit required at check-in. This tidbit of information may have guided me in a different direction.

Even though the room I booked was non smoking, the bed and the towels all smelled like cigarette. Some towels were also already dirty or stained before they were used.To add to that, the wifi did not work.
Overall, it could have been better, but the room did the job and I've definitely seen worse at other places.
