This is a great place to stay in Chiang Mai if you are looking for a quiet residential area. The staff is very friendly (looks like run by a family) and the hotel offers all that you need: some amenities in the room, coffee, AC, complete breakfast, tv, hair dryer. Location is good, in the middle between the old city and Nimaan, but that is also a negative as it is neither here nor there.
The property is well maintained and I recommend it.

這次來清邁旅行最大的收穫就是遇見了這家民宿，剛開始住了幾天就很喜歡，後來從曼谷回來又訂了兩天，感受依然很好。現在還不是旅行旺季，民宿沒有住滿，非常舒服。
設施：
屬於家庭服務民宿，這家泰國人很友好，很周到，比起很多標準化的酒店，它顯得温馨有愛。
衞生：
是這家民宿最大的優點了，我們去的時候還遇到了大風冰雹天，雖然院子很多花都坍塌了，但是很快就被重新收拾好，走道上永遠都是香香的，赤腳在整棟樓走來走去，腳板底都是乾淨的。
環境：
壁畫很好看，配色超美，地磚也好好看。
服務：
很温暖，會給我們準備好地圖，還有接送機服務，泰國人真的很純樸，還養了幾衹狗，都很聽話，隨便擼。

民宿位置非常好，在本地人的社區，屬於一個鬧中取靜的地方，步行七分鐘就能到達清邁古城的西北角，買東西吃東西也都很方便，附近有兩家7-11，無數的咖啡館、餐廳，到了晚上還有一條路上擺滿了各種小吃車，當然價格也會比古城便宜很多。
服務：提供接送機服務，我訂的房間含免費早餐，老闆一家人很樸實，爸爸開車接送客人，媽媽做早餐，很有家的感覺。早餐菜單和地圖都有中文，看得出來他們很重視中國客人。
環境：民宿裝飾得很漂亮，院子裏和樓頂天台都開滿了鮮花，牆上畫滿了各種大象壁畫，看得出來應該是本地藝術家的傑作，充滿了童心和友愛。
衞生：民宿衞生很好，進門打赤腳都沒問題，打掃得非常乾淨。
設施：民宿雖然不大，但什麼都有，有餐廳，有泳池，樓頂還有個小健身房。
另外，去的時候，看到餐廳放了一大籃子檸檬，老闆説他家還有一個檸檬農場，種了很多水果和鮮花，可以供客人去遊玩採摘。
