"Send the children to school. The hotel is located close to Sydney University and about 20 minutes' walk from the downtown Chinatown. It is relatively quiet. It is an apartment-style hotel, and it is convenient to cook and wash clothes. The hotel may be older, but the hygiene is still good. The front desk is not 24 hours. Check-in is from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays. On weekends, there seems to be no one from 2 pm to 4 pm. If you arrive at the hotel when someone is not at work, you need to contact the hotel in advance!"
"Rarely write hotel reviews, but the old Clare Hotel is a very satisfying hotel. From the location to the hotel facilities to the service and price/performance ratio, I feel that it is a particularly good experience. If I go to Sydney next time, I will choose here.
Location: Located in the center of Sydney, there is a very characteristic street below, and it is very lively on weekend nights. You can go to the supermarket in less than three minutes on foot. It is also very convenient to buy something to supply. It takes 5 minutes to walk by bus.
Environment: It is an old building transformed, retaining the characteristics of its original historical building, and will not feel the old room facilities at all, but feel very distinctive.
Service: It can be said that it is very, very, very satisfied. Whether it is my first day check in or the last day check out. The front desk received us very well. We arrived in Sydney at 6 am on the first day and let us check in early to wash. I lost my opal card at the hotel on the last day and the front desk staff helped me find it. Thank you very much!"
"This hotel has everything you need, just a few steps from Central station. Very clean and quiet. Free Netflix to keep my kids busy which really surprised me as most hotel we've been to charge money for it. There are microwave, kettle, fridge, hair dryer in the room. At the reception, there are complimentary tea and coffee, fruits, Skittles which you can get them anytime. The coffee machine can make warm and cold milk, too. In the morning there are some pastry for breakfast. This is our second time stay here and we still love it so much. The only minus point is that there's no tissue boxes anywhere in the room and remember to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste."

"I was not very impressed with my stay at this hotel. The room had poor sound insulation—I could hear footsteps from the neighboring room as if someone was walking right inside my own. Additionally, the sound of water running through the pipes from the adjacent or upper rooms was so loud that it felt like it was coming from my own bathroom, making it difficult to get a restful sleep.
The mattress was too soft and sagged uncomfortably, causing back pain. Moreover, the layout of the hotel was rather confusing, making it difficult to navigate back to my room at times. Overall, my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped."
"Really lovely gym and workers , high quality gym equipment and when I arrived the lady on reception was really kind. I decided to extend my stay and they were helpful as I wanted to stay in the same room and they let me"
"Hotel review: Located at the intersection, the glass is not soundproof, the motorcycle engine is very noisy at night, and I can't fall asleep.
This time's review of Ctrip: zero stars, very bad!
The online customer service was very polite and expressed that they could empathize with me. After upgrading the network supervisor Nian Tong and the telephone supervisor Ms. Ma, they changed their words in seconds and said they were helpless! They also used ”we are all workers” to gain sympathy.
They can't think and solve problems from the perspective of the guests, but only shirk responsibility and apologize in form. On the surface, they are trying to please the company because they save compensation and will get more bonuses at the end of the year. Maybe they can get a March 8th Red Flag Bearer next year... They have lost the trust of the guests in the platform at a deep level. They are not good birds if they don't know how to cherish their feathers!"
"If all you need is a place to sleep, this hotel is quite decent. However, if you’re looking for a bit more in terms of service, it seems this hotel falls short of expectations."
"It is located in the chippendale area, close to the University of Sydney. It is not on the main road and requires a few short walks, which is also more convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is refreshing and warm. This is my second stay. This time there is a new USB charging port and cleaning service is provided every day."
"In room washer dryer dish washer good air conditioning fridge wine glasses pots stoves etc made my stay convenient and comfortable. Very friendly staff and helpful. Quiet and convenient location to get around by uber. Will highly recommend"
"The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking ocean view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the modern amenities"
