"Send the children to school. The hotel is located close to Sydney University and about 20 minutes' walk from the downtown Chinatown. It is relatively quiet. It is an apartment-style hotel, and it is convenient to cook and wash clothes. The hotel may be older, but the hygiene is still good. The front desk is not 24 hours. Check-in is from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays. On weekends, there seems to be no one from 2 pm to 4 pm. If you arrive at the hotel when someone is not at work, you need to contact the hotel in advance!"
"The room is very well equipped and furnished. It was a small room but it didn’t feel small. The hotel is very close to the Central station which leads you to pretty much everywhere in the CBD or close suburbs."
"This hotel has everything you need, just a few steps from Central station. Very clean and quiet. Free Netflix to keep my kids busy which really surprised me as most hotel we've been to charge money for it. There are microwave, kettle, fridge, hair dryer in the room. At the reception, there are complimentary tea and coffee, fruits, Skittles which you can get them anytime. The coffee machine can make warm and cold milk, too. In the morning there are some pastry for breakfast. This is our second time stay here and we still love it so much. The only minus point is that there's no tissue boxes anywhere in the room and remember to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste."

"Requested for early check-in and was granted, with a free upgrade to Kings room! Wow!
Madison even arranged to sent my wife birthday cake and a bottle of wine! Wow!
Had a great dinner at Platform 818, they allowed us to bring our welcome drinks from the restaurant to the room, I felt like home here!
We checked out via express key drop, went straight to airport, didn’t noticed the outstanding balance from dinner was declined charge due to my credit card problem. However the hotel was very patient and waited for my payment. Finally paid and we felt their service was exceptional!
Hotel location excellent: beside Central station, lots of dining options, shopping at Coles, Metro to experience local living.
But the gym can be improved: treadmill facing east sunrise can be too glaring."
"I loved that hotel, from start to finish! The staff were amazing, so helpful. Free chocolate and drinks at check in and lollipops in the lobby, plus fruit in the gym – what a bonus! The rooms were gorgeous, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch, with eggs cooked to order. It was a bit noisy from the street, but not too bad. It's a little out of the city center, but there are tons of buses."
"Room was well presented, service was acceptable, only complaint was the air conditioning not working in the room, making for a stuffy stay. Location was ideal."
"Hotel Hacienda Redfern is perfect for an action-packed city break if you won’t be spending much time in your room. Although the room is quite small, it’s clean and comfortable, and the soundproofing does a decent job. However, travelers sensitive to noise should note that the nearby railway can be a bit disruptive. The location is excellent, with easy access to Redfern’s lively bar scene, and it’s only a short stroll or bike ride to both Central and Redfern stations."
"It is located in the chippendale area, close to the University of Sydney. It is not on the main road and requires a few short walks, which is also more convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is refreshing and warm. This is my second stay. This time there is a new USB charging port and cleaning service is provided every day."
"In room washer dryer dish washer good air conditioning fridge wine glasses pots stoves etc made my stay convenient and comfortable. Very friendly staff and helpful. Quiet and convenient location to get around by uber. Will highly recommend"
"The hotel is very close to Sydney University and Sydney University of Science. There is a Chinese fast food restaurant downstairs and it is also close to the bus station. I stayed for five nights and only changed the sheets and bath towels once. When I checked out, the waiter checked the order email again, as if he was afraid that I would leave without paying. The deposit has not been returned to this day, and it has been more than ten working days."
