"Welcome fruits buscket containing orange, apple and banana is good. The variety of breakfast is good with local food and Sri Lankan food. The hotel staffers are very friendly."
"Summary of Experience
1.Check-In: The check-in desk was efficient and friendly.
2.Dining Experience: I stayed for 4 nights, enjoying 4 breakfasts, 2 buffet dinners, and 1 dinner at the Italian restaurant on the 20th floor. Unfortunately, the overall service did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. At breakfast, coffee was not served despite ordering, and during the buffet dinner, I was asked to settle my bill within the first hour due to a crowded restaurant.
3.Room Amenities: The mini-fridge in my room was non-functional, and I chose not to request a replacement.
4.Pest Issues: I encountered mosquitoes in my room. After informing the front desk, anti-mosquito spray was applied.
5.Billing Confusion: My most significant issue occurred during my first meal at the Italian restaurant. After signing the bill with my room number, I received a call asking for credit card payment. Initially, I thought this was standard procedure. I requested the waiter to verify my guest status with the front desk, explaining my stay was registered with my passport. However, five minutes later, the waiter knocked on my door with a payment machine, insisting I settle the bill. This was both embarrassing and confusing, as I had already verified my status.
Despite my attempts to clarify, I felt pressured to pay after a long flight and a full day of meetings. When I contacted the front desk for clarity, I was told the issue was due to not providing a deposit, which I was never informed about at check-in. I emailed the hotel manager the following day but did not receive a response.
6. Check-out: I was incorrectly charged for mini-bar expenses, but the front desk ultimately waived the charges."
"It's ok to stay. Don't expect the breakfast to be good. It's edible. The mattress is average. It's quite old. The only convenience is that there is a Domino's near the door. It's very boring to eat. I don't like local food."
"Breakfast is good, the airport is very convenient to take the high-speed, that is, the Bangladesh common street is dirty. The service was in place and the waiter sent the luggage into the room. The floor was high, the bed was soft and the bath water was comfortable. Two bottled water is provided"
"There was a cockroach on the wall above the bed about 10 centimeters.
After a while, an employee with a broom came.
I lost it to try to drive away without covering the bed.
It was good to have it changed to another room, but doing the work that could be dusty directly above the bed shows the situation of this hotel.
When I had breakfast the next morning, I was told how about coffee, so I asked for it and it was paid. I wonder what it is."

"Nice hotel but very much noise in the night someone was having a party with some people till 0400 am. .sorry to say but chittagong is not an easy city to visit .need to be there for business and a hotel must be a quite clean and silent place for their guests. They didn't really succeed .also it hotel is outdated and need renovation . Not easy to charge your phone but it's clean and bed was oke."
"Lovely moderately priced property. Good airco, huge room, fridge in room ++, breakfast was very good, egg station, cornflakes (yes!), wide selection of local favorites. Service very very very good. Would go back. Now about the image, Velvita ‘topping’ was big at home growing up and it’s the choice of Vegans now (no bovine ever came close to this ‘food stuff’. Anyways, the Hitel is fine."
