Service was excellent! The staff were all very polite and courteous. They were always ready to help. Like when I needed to borrow an umbrella, help with calling a taxi, and asking for directions to tourist places. Food was also superb. I asked for hot chocolate during breakfast and I think it was a good hot chocolate (I'm very picky with chocolates). My room was just the perfect size and also the bathroom was big. I love my hotel view and bed was so comfy. I like being comfortable when I'm traveling alone and staying at a hotel that's convenient for walking around. I'm glad I chose Westin.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful with check in and laundry services. The only issue is the cleaning staff should pay close attention when cleaning the rooms. There were fruit seeds on the floor from previous people who where there. Also the towels in the bathroom were changed but the bathtub wasn’t cleaned out. Other than that I’d highly recommend this hotel.

I m a first time traveller to Chongqing and I stayed four nights in Glenview Hotel The room is spacious and clean. The location of Glenview Hotel is excellent and it's just few minutes walk to the metro station and the must go places near Liberation Square. Super convenient.The service of the hotel is excellent and I am so impressed by the human touch approach. I received a warm handwritten notes from the hotel on Women Day! Plus,I accidentally slipped down in the bathroom and my hand is a bit swollen and blue. Even tough it is not serious, the staff of the hotel took good care of me.Highly recommended

The first time I stayed at a muji-style B&B was very special. When I checked in, it happened to be that Christmas decorations were being done in the room, and Christmas tree ornaments were placed in the room. It was an early start to the Christmas season. Haha, although it is a B&B, the interior selection is very good and even planted with grass. Inexpensive hair dryer, small refrigerator, and free-flow drinks including Arctic Ocean and beer🍻 Excellent location. Turn right when you exit the Line 2 subway exit and you will see the Liberation Monument five-star recommendation.

The room is big and very clean. Downstairs is the pedestrian street and food street. The Liberation Monument is 300 meters away. It is less than one kilometer to Hongya Cave. The location is really great. The first day of Chongqing was basically around the hotel. It's done on foot, which is great. There are many must-try restaurants nearby, and just a few steps downstairs are three steamed bun restaurants that line up every day. There is no way to introduce them all. In short, it is the right place to stay!

It’s walking distance to Hongyacave and to 3 mrt stations, 将临门、小什字 and 较长口。The reception staff are polite and helpful, the cleaning lady is full of smile and doing a great job. The breakfast may be simple spread of Chinese type but has also plain bread and some fruits, good enough to fill the stomach. While there is no amenities, there is a self automated washing machine and dryer. All in all, I truly enjoy my stay in Ibis. Great value for money !

Only 5 mins away from JieFangBei and 81 haochijie (night market). Only bad thing is that the building is under construction and construction starts at 9am on weekdays. Quite a pain in the ass if you wants to sleep in. Bedsheets are not changed everyday cause I see the same red mark on the sheets from day 1-3. Shampoo/conditioner are replenish everyday. Would be nice if there is do not disturb light is lighted when the hotel card is inserted. Hotel staff knocked and tap to enter our door at 10ish (and we are in deep sleep) and asked to do room service……. Hotel also provide clothes washing and drying service but 5 pieces per room. Reused trip’s picture cause I forgotten to take a picture.

If you want to book this place, you can contact the merchant by phone first and ask if there is no decoration smell yet. The store is difficult to find. The elevator goes upstairs in a Ctrip store. The environment is clean and new because it is newly opened. There is a public washing machine. I smelled a faint smell of decoration at the time and thought it was decoration downstairs in the elevator. Later, I stayed in the room for a long time. We were getting heavier and heavier. When we reported to the front desk, there was a person who seemed to be the boss who was nice and enthusiastic. He told us the reason and helped us turn on the air conditioner. Maybe the room was full and he didn’t mention changing rooms for us (we had already washed our clothes when the problem was discovered, so the second time) The hotel was changed the next day). Generally speaking, the price is not bad in the downtown area, but the smell is unacceptable, so you can call to confirm.

Definitely worth the price, and location is great! Checking in was smooth even for us foreigners, which isn't always the case. Just note that the building has a lot of hotels and the name of this hotel is written as ”Syah Hotel” downstairs - might take a while to find unless you know what you're looking for. The reception is on the 24th floor. The building itself is not super luxurious, and also a bit of wear and tear visible in the room, but overall nothing to complain about. Would recommend, if you want a reasonably priced and relatively good quality hotel in the middle of the city.

酒店位置非常好，出門就是解放碑好吃街，旁邊十八梯鄧登麪和往右拐的鬼包子啥時候去都排好長的隊，好吃不貴。 門頭在足樂道里麪，不太好找，客服很耐心的給我了提示，進去後，由於身份證不慎丟失，一通忙亂後，服務員幫挑選了離服務枱很近的客房，真心感激，這裏服務沒的説。 房間內設施一般，由於坐落在美食街，小強很多，地上發現好幾具屍體，一晚上，還打死了四衹，沒有一般膽量不建議來，挺可怕，房間燈太昏暗了，前一位或前前位入住的客人長髮還留在地上，估計清潔人員很難看清。還好，附近打卡點不錯，沒有影響此次的心情。建議趁着淡季整改，以便旺季給客户很好的體驗。
