I had a wonderful stay at The Cincinnatian this past week. Once i checked into my hotel room they had a great valet service in front to park my vehicle. A valet named Nick took care of my car the whole time and parked it a few times, he had a lovely personality and was very welcoming. The hotel itself was also very wonderful and they met all of my needs.

I loved everything about this hotel. Okay...not everything -- the parking is annoying. Valet only. But other than that.... Love. Love. Love. They could not have done anything better. We checked in early and I asked at the front desk if the room had a bathtub. It didn't, so he changed it. What a gorgeous room! It was like mid century meets 2023 in all the right ways. A lot of thought went into the interior design here, and I can tell. We had a really comfortable sofa in our room and the bed was super comfortable. I really enjoyed wandering the museum. I didn't expect there to be a cool exhibit right when we got off the elevator on our floor too. If I had more time, I would wander every floor. The staff were fantastic. The restaurant was fantastic. The coffee was a nespresso. That was a little odd.

Cute decor. Prime location but basically no amenities. The gym and laundry are like micro rooms and it feels like people live there. The hotel has a strange aroma and smells like a nursing home. Also they don’t have room service, water bottles inside the room, and no vending machines for snacks or beverages. So if you’re hungry or thirsty in the middle of the night you’re on your own.
