"Just stayed at this hotel and it’s pretty decent. The location is super convenient—close to everything you’d need. The room was big, which was nice, and the facilities felt new and clean. It’s not super fancy, but it’s comfortable and gets the job done. The staff were friendly enough, no complaints there. If you’re looking for a solid place to stay without breaking the bank, this is a good option. Would probably stay again if I’m in the area."

"Location: Just a stone's throw from Victoria Square, walking distance to several bus stops, 15 minutes walk to the Blue Road Mall, and walking distance from Chinatown, it is very convenient. The airport is also 20 minutes, but Amura is not big. Facilities: The two-story residence is basic, with a living room, dining table, open kitchen, an open-air yard and a garage. There are three bedrooms upstairs, two double beds and one single bed, two separate bathroom bathrooms, which are thoughtful enough. That is, every place must be opened when the air conditioner is to be turned on, and cannot be controlled separately. Service: When checking in, it was okay, it was wrong to check in the information, the next day we asked to check out, and later found out, the other is to clean the people a bit not very polite. Hygiene: The sheets feel a lot of soil. The sheets of the quilt are two sheets stacked together, and there is no seal. The quilt is not very clean. There are no screens in the windows, and when you open the window, you will inevitably fly into many mosquitoes. The kitchen utensils didn't feel like washing, and it was not very hygienic."

"Absolutely wonderful service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the room setup was fantastic. I had a room with a balcony and two single beds (even though travelling alone), but I was happy with it. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. There was coffee provided to guests in the foyer as well as in-room which was nice. I would definitely stay here again."

"$4 for a bottle of water, $25 per night parking. No microwave. Wear-out chair and cupboard, ancient toilet and shower taps. There is not much services provided by the receptionists, not sure why they have two to three receptionists during the day. Great location with free tram services from City West or 15 mins walk to cbd."

"The hotel apartment is very clean and quiet, the kitchenware is relatively full of one cutting board, washing machine dryer refrigerator. You can walk to the central business district in ten minutes."

"Hotel location was great just at the Rundle mall, if come by Uber input address of Twin street and the hotel just right in front. Not recommend if you can only check in outside the reception operating hours. Our room cards were not able to open the room door and need to call for help, and it took us for more than half an hour to settle, in the cold and hungry night when we arrived from a long 11hours train from Melbourne! There was an opened milk in the fridge from last guest…"

"Excellent location, right near market and in heart of CBD, close to many dining and entertainment options. Simple rooms but very comfortable beds and great value. Staff all very helpful and friendly and lovely bar and dining areas downatairs. Only thing is mo aircon ao would not be pleasant in peak summer."

It's very suitable for buying and cooking your own food. It's very close to Nundle's Coles and Woolworths. It's one stop of the free tram and a few steps away from Chinatown and the Central Mall. Shopping is very convenient. The bathroom is very large, the bathtub is also very large, there is also a shower, and the SPA is very comfortable.
