"Im staying here for 4 nites . Everything good here , close to city n CAT bus . Many restaurants around & only walking distance to city / mall .
Homeless people are around the hotel but the hotel main door is locked for their guests safety .
The cafe attached served good breakfast n can have 10% discount .
Ill stay here again for next visit"
"Their staff is very nice and friendly. She even suggest me few places to go in Margaret River. The hotel is walking distance to Langley Park and 30-40 min walking to the city centre. However, you need to walk a bit far to the bus stop if you want to hop on free bus. You can store your luggage for free while waiting for check in. There is a few good coffee shop nearby for your morning coffee shot. Overall, the hotel is quite comfortable to stay except for their toilet floor which is quite slippery."
"Novotel Perth Murray Street is perfectly located in the heart of Perth's CBD, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the city. Its central location means you're just steps away from shopping precincts, popular restaurants, cultural attractions, and public transport, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Easy to walk to barrack street, elizabeth quay too."

"The hotel is very nice but unfortunately I was in a room that was extremely close to a very loud night club/venue. This only went quiet around midnight on a Sunday. I was offered a change of room late in the evening - at 11pm - but that was both impractical and largely pointless by that stage. Note that small rooms - at least - don't include a fridge or any coffee/tea making facilities. The dining room covers this to some extent."
"Although the room is not big, the sanitation is cleaned, and the two Japanese ladies at the front desk are. If you choose to have a meal from Monday to Friday, you can order a meal without a buffet. The location is near King's Park. Self-driving is recommended, parking is free, and the pool is not constant temperature."
"We stayed in the motel for three days. The location of the motel was a huge advantage when it came to transportation, and its closeness to the central business district gave us opportunities to explore Perth with ease. The rooms were well furnished with appliances and amenities, and were very sanitary and clean. The staff took initiative to help us, whether it be with sightseeing recommendations, detailed directions or just to engage in pleasant conversation. They were very friendly and helpful. Our stay in Perth went incredibly smoothly, and I'd highly recommend this motel."
"I lived in a six-person room, and I smelled a smell as soon as I entered the room. I have n’t been full. Three guys in the same room, one from Chile, work here, and one from Japan. I was very enthusiastic and asked me if I would go out and join together. party, unfortunately I have to get up early the next day, and there is a French guy who runs around wearing this trousers :) Overall, the environment is average, the location is excellent, and the price is cheap."

SSaeed CThe family and I really enjoyed our 2 night holiday. 5 star luxury in every way. Most comfortable bed and pillows.
Only negative was when it came to securing a recliner around the pool. As they say the early bird catches the worm, well in this case early guest catches a recliner. Otherwise you are delegated to laying on the ground for the day.
Ppetrina yeoWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

AAnonymous UserLocation: what's hot- centrally located near the CBD & ”heart of town”. What's not- one of the furthest in terms of walking from Perth station. There are nearer hotels if you are coming from the Perth train station.
General facilities: What's hot- contemporary Aussie art works line the walls of this building, inside & out, making it eclectic. What's not- unremarkable really. Standard features. Although reasonably new, if you look closer, much of the linen covered furniture (viz chairs) are stained and grubby close up. Swimming pool is small. Dining area is smallish.
Rooms: What's hot- beds & pillows are very comfortable! Probably the best feature of the room. Shower head is a rain shower! Always a mark of a great bathroom. The TV screen is large. They provide an ironing board and an iron, which is nice. There's also a basic Expresso machine, which is appreciated. The room windows are floor to ceiling-great views and light! What's not- no toiletries unless requested (eco drive). No tissue paper unless requested. No room slippers provided. No water- so you either have to boil it in-room, or walk to the 1st floor to get it from the dining room, which sucks. Carpets are designed to hide the grime, but on closer inspection, the stains are there, giving you an icky feel. The wardrobe area is severely limited, so it feels cramped when you have 2 people trying to share the same area. Could be better. There is no dedicated luggage stand, so you'll have to do with laying it on the floor. Pity your back & knees.
Service: What's hot- nothing really. All the politeness your expect from any hotel. Nothing remarkable. What's not- housekeeping service is inconsistent & poor. By any standards of a good hotel this is one big area that they need to improve upon. We stayed 7 nights & for the first half of our stay, we had to request for our rooms to be made up and on at least 2 days, there was no housekeeping at all. It almost felt like a third party service had been employed to take care of the rooms which was disconnected from the hotel's standards. An annoyance we could do without & a huge fail in my books.
Breakfast: What's hot- sadly, nothing great. It was ok, again, unremarkable in its variety, quality & presentation. What's not: if I had to do it again, I'd find breakfast elsewhere & save the money.
Conclusion: it was ok. Nothing to draw me back again unless I had no other choice. The fact that it's an Accor accredited hotel makes it even more disappointing. Between the poor housekeeping & the unremarkable breakfast, it's a pretty average hotel with limited repeatability if you had a choice.

GGuest UserThe front desk was friendly, interior was looks new, clean and modern-looking. I requested for a quiet room and upon checking in the staff was kind enough to give me some more options, and was eventually given a higher floor room with good views. There was toothbrush available when asked. Bed was very comfy and I really liked the layout of the room with the blinds to the shower and the closet that links the bathroom and the bed. Managed to visit the pool early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised to find the pool water was warm. One little thing though, I found some small insects crawling near the drainage of the shower area in the morning before I was going to check out. It seems like small spiders I'm not sure. But other than that, the whole stay was a really nice one.

TTanyaI was disappointed with my stay and wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel. The lobby was incredibly small, and the large mirror at the reception was confusing, making it easy for guests to accidentally walk into it. Surprisingly, there were no toiletries provided in the room, so we had to call staff just to get a toothbrush delivered. The hotel robe was very low quality, almost resembling a kitchen rag, which was a letdown.
The swimming pool was also tiny and didn’t allow for much relaxation or enjoyment. The breakfast spread was pretty average—nothing impressive or memorable. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay.
The only real highlight was the beautiful view from our room, which was truly stunning. But for a 5-star experience, I expected much more.

GGuest UserThe environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space

TTeo E KLocation from Airport to Hotel very convenient by Train. Just a 5-7muns walk from Perth station mostly with sheltered walkways. Many eating shops nearby and shoppings streets. Hotel looks brand new as it was just renovated abt 4 months ago when I stayed in May 2025. Very happy with hotel experience during the 7 nights stay.

It was surprisingly clean despite looking old.
Noisy from the highway but I expected it so take earplugs.

BBrianQuality Inn is located in the CBD and there’s a bus stop just to the left of the entrance. There are several really good Asian restaurants at the rear of the hotel and you’re a 10 minute walk to the popular Hay street. The rooms are spacious and basic but unlike newer boutique hotels, it comes with a mini fridge, a TV, a bathtub, and toiletries. It’s a great deal for both budget and business travelers uninterested in no-frills service. It is, admittedly, an old hotel but the front desk staff are helpful and friendly and the service is more than adequate for unpretentious visitors to Perth.
