"Close to the train station, from the train station gate, first find McDonald's, then go up the McDonald's uphill, and soon there is a winding road on the right to see the hotel LOGO, we just started to go over, dragging the luggage uphill really tired The hotel is on the McDonald's side, up the right hand side up,"

The room is well soundproofed and I had a good sleep
The lobby downstairs is a student activity center or something like that
There are many things to play
Breakfast is also delicious, with a wide variety of yogurts

"When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that the name of the hotel contained the word ”patients” and that there was an ambulance parked at the door. I realized that this hotel was special. Pass through, park in the garage, and check in. It turns out that this is a health hotel, connected to the nearby hospital. The entire hotel facilities are a bit like the domestic United Family style, very clean, comfortable and user-friendly, and the top terrace has an unparalleled view of the lake. The breakfast is also very rich, a great stay experience."

"The hotel is not far from the lake and the overall environment is good. Equipped with coffee machine and bottled water. Breakfast is also ok. There are various restaurants and convenience stores in the surrounding area, which is very convenient. The hotel can also give free bus tickets for sightseeing."

"The entire Lausanne terrain has a large gap, so the roads are all slopes. Therefore, you must step seven or eight steps into the hotel, so you need to move your luggage. The hotel is more refined, that is, the room is not big, but there is a balcony, the overall feeling is a little old Keller. It is very close to a subway station, but we did not take the subway and walk."

"Nice location, modern room, fair price.
Carpet is totally wet at the entrance. Shower is stuck and the bathroom became a swimming pool. Likely happened to guest before me.
I mentioned but they didn’t do anything nor suggest to change the room. A pity"

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a strategic location, right next to the subway station and the train station. Although it has to go up a steep road, the location is really excellent. It is really impeccable for travelers who often take trains from Lausanne to visit different towns. The hotel facilities are relatively new, with a simple design and a relatively large space. There are many places to hang clothes, which is more convenient for travelers who need to do laundry during a long journey. There is also a daily cleaning service for the rooms.

GGuest UserWe were given rooms on 2/F. My friends had to upgrade to the 5/F by paying but they had no other room on the day I checked in, ending up I was stuck in a shabby room on 2/F with sink not working. They did change the room to 4/F which was much decent on my second and third night. Actually the reception staff who received us were not helpful and offered us nothing but asked us to cancel the bookings if we were not satisfied with the rooms! However some staff did make the effort and tried to accommodate our requests. Hope they should renovate the second floor to provide rooms up to standard

WWeixintaoI have to say that as a traveler, this is the best youth hostel I have ever stayed in, no doubt about it. It is not only about the cleanliness and comfort of the environment, but also about the overall quality of the building. The floor design is very inspiring, simple and open, and the balcony design is cleverly used. only one thing isn't good: provide dinner in the hotel restaurant isn't good.

GGuest UserThe location is amazing - literally right above the metro station and arrive at the front door in less than 30 seconds. We’ve stayed here for 4 nights and the receptionist we have met are super nice - one of them even guided us to the kitchen to microwave our dinner. Two things we wanted to point out - 1) We had some formal clothes that required ironing, however, the ironing board in room is stored beneath the table and obviously gets super dirty and dusty. At the end we had to iron on the table with a towel on. 2) The housekeeping lady would come knock on our room every morning at 10 to check if we need cleaning or not. One day we told them yes we do need cleaning and would be leaving the room in 30mins. At 3:30pm when we got back to our room, no cleaning was done and yet the cleaning lady came and said either cleaning now or not. We found it quite confusing and disorganised.

CCrzy_minionsThe hotel was a 3-5 minutes walk from the metro station, which is a 15 mins transfer ride from Lausanne's main train station. The location is very nice, with the Geneva Lake right across the road. An easy, straight line walk to the Olympic Park and museum. Coop downstairs for simple groceries. The breakfast was super good, quality food and cooking. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious choices, service was very nice too. The breakfast here was my favourite along the way. Watching the sunrise by window seats was a bonus. The street was very quiet, overall a tranquil feeling during my stay. A number of restaurants within 5 minutes walk as well. The room was nice, they offered a personal care kit which was very helpful. You also get a free chocolate 😌

GGuest UserI had a wonderful time at Agora Swiss Night. The hotel is very close to the central railway station and very easy to find. The staff were all very friendly and helpful--thank you so much for understanding my poor attempts at speaking French :) I was a solo traveller and booked a single room which was well-equiped and clean. Will definitely book again when I have the chance to re-visit Lausanne.

TThibaut Georges EThe rooms feature lighted images of fishes and sea or water themes. I often go back in this hotel and always get another room with another image to learn from. Rooms are very clean, the place is good for going to aquarium, CHUV or epalinge, next to metro station. Sauna and hammam are okay. Food is good. My favourite hotel in Lausanne even if it's nothing special.
