So I bought an extra dinner coupon for the buffet dinner directly at the hotel that night, and the taste was quite nice. Breakfast is also a buffet form, afternoon tea is varied and exquisite ∽

Environment: Excellent location, 7 or underground parking lot at the hotel entrance, convenient, large room, excellent environment and atmosphere, the whole journey is pleasant and comfortable, afternoon tea is provided, and you can watch movies and drink wine on the 12th floor at night. Service: The front desk staff is excellent and the service is enthusiastic. A small gift was given before leaving the hotel, which we liked very much. Facilities: Travel planning is inconvenient. You need to take a taxi to go to each attraction or shopping mall, which costs about 15-20 yuan. There are no restaurants nearby, so you can only order takeout.

The environment is quite comfortable, after all, it is new. But maybe I am not careful about wooden furniture. There is a strong smell when I enter the door. Fortunately, I brought perfume with me so that I could sleep well. The special food coupons are quite friendly. To go to the restaurants near Hot Spring Valley, the hotel needs to arrange a battery car. Service: Since this trip was for my niece’s birthday, I asked the hotel if they could arrange birthday decorations in the room when booking, but there was no reply after a whole month of text messages. I went to the information desk again on the day of check-in, but they didn't seem to hear me, didn't reply, and didn't refuse... In this regard, the hotel's service is lacking! Although the occupancy rate is high during the Spring Festival, my request was made more than a month ago, not just on the day of check-in. So the hotel is not considerate enough in this regard. 

What a pleasure staying at this hotel! The staff was amazing! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! The hotel itself is high quality with a spacious room and a tasty breakfast. It’s right across the street from the East Railway station. 🚉 There is a small free laundry room on site. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone!
