"Very comfortable hotel right at the canals. Very close to a major restaurant and club area so a bit loud in the evening but windows are well insulated. Comfortable bed and well maintained bathroom. Staff was friendly. There is a large parking garage next to the hotel and 24 hour parking, when paid at the hotel, is £18."

"A great location for the city centre although the surrounding neighborhood isn't the best! Staff were EXCELLENT, so helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean and spacious. Shower worked well with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was really good with all you can eat buffet. Kept me going all day! Would certainly recommend this place, and would happily stay there again."

"Its situated in old city exactly in the middle of everything. Halal food easy to find, walkin distance to halal restaurant. But this hotel not provide mineral water, or any water bottle. Whenever in ask about the water bottle, they told me that they got only limited numbers of bottle. Had to buy from tesco nearby. The check in and check out process was smooth, they allow you to keep the back kat the caunter lobby while waiting the room to be readt"

"Breakfast is very good, bread and fruit juice buffet, as well as a pure English breakfast, free order, taste very good! Drinking tea to tea cups is very exquisite, a breakfast out of a holiday feel! A family of three, asked if they would like an extra bed when they arrive at the hotel? We didn't add it, so we gave us the largest double bed room. The room was not as soundproof as the comment said. Very quiet, right next to the suspension bridge. This is also the hotel we were most satisfied with for a month in Bristol!"

"The hotel is a very old building, somewhat like a B&B, with very old facilities. Old elevators and old room facilities. The rooms are larger, the beds are softer, and they are cleaner! Although the window is small, the bathroom is relatively large with a separate bathtub, shampoo and shower gel! There is a bar downstairs in the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very polite and friendly. Please note that the soundproofing in the hotel rooms is very poor. You can hear all the activities in the next room clearly. The noise in the bar at night is also very bad. Affect rest"

"The location is very good, across the road is the law school building, on the top of the famous big uphill, quiet in the noisy, the garden outside the hotel is very comfortable, breakfast is good. The rooms are relatively small, the facilities are old, and there is no free parking lot."

WWS LeeThe review needs to highlight: First, that crucial location advantage - 3 minutes walking distance is a huge selling point for graduation attendees. Should emphasize convenience since graduation days are hectic. Second, the staff's genuine friendliness stood out to them - ”always smiling” and ”home away from home” feeling are phrases worth preserving. Third, the physical comforts: ”spacious” accommodation and ”great environment” which I'll interpret as both the property and ambiance. I notice they didn't mention any negatives - pure positivity. The challenge is making it sound detailed rather than generic. For the staff compliments, I'll avoid overused terms like ”helpful” and instead show their consistent warmth through phrases like ”every single interaction” and ”warmth and professionalism.” For structure: Opening should hook with the graduation context, then location, facilities, staff excellence, and wrap with wholehearted recommendation. The exclamation about the staff making them feel at home deserves its own sentence for impact. Better avoid hotel jargon like ”amenities” since this is a personal review. Keep it warm like their original tone but slightly more polished. And definitely include ”home away from home” since that's exactly how they described it. Here’s a polished, heartfelt English review based on your experience at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel: Title: Perfect Stay for Our Daughter’s Graduation! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently stayed at the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel for our daughter’s university graduation, and it exceeded all expectations! The location was unbeatable – just a 3-minute walk to the graduation venue, making the entire day stress-free and memorable. The hotel itself is stunning: elegant, well-maintained, and our room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. But what truly made our stay special was the wonderful staff. Every single interaction, from check-in to daily encounters, was met with genuine warmth and professionalism. They greeted us with bright smiles every day, making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Their kindness gave us a true ”home away from home” feeling throughout our visit. If you’re visiting Bristol – especially for university events – this hotel is an absolute gem. We’ll cherish the memories made here!

SShaluthaStayed in a room for three people, room is a bit tight but can’t complain for the price you pay. Breakfast buffet is really good and lovely service. Receptionist was so helpful when storing our luggage when checking in and checking out. There is a small supermarket right near the hotel ( 2 min walk) where you can buy most of necessities. Train Station is just 10 min walk away. You can get to Bristol city centre in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay.

Iit’s DannyFuture Inn Bristol Bond Street: Exceptional Value and Quality My recent stay at the Future Inn on Bond Street in Bristol exceeded all expectations. I can confidently say it was the cleanest, quietest, and most affordable hotel I've had the pleasure of staying in. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, readily answering all my questions with genuine helpfulness. This welcoming atmosphere extended throughout my stay. The breakfast was a true highlight – genuinely the best I've enjoyed in a long time. The quality and variety were outstanding, making for a perfect start to each day. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail. Even the air conditioning unit came with clear, easy-to-understand instructions, something I've struggled with at other hotels. It's this level of thoughtfulness that sets Future Inn apart. If you're looking for a hotel that offers exceptional value without compromising on quality, I wholeheartedly recommend the Future Inn Bristol Bond Street. It's a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a comfortable, clean, and quiet stay. Future Inn is definitely ”the one” for me!

AAnonymous UserThe room was a great size, and the location was really convenient. However, if you have any kind of respiratory issues, DO NOT book this hotel! None of the windows open, and the air smells musty. We had slightly blocked noses due to spring allergies, but breathing in the room felt extremely difficult. The air was also very dry, and we both woke up with NOSEBLEEDS—something neither of us usually experiences. The moment we step out of the hotel, we can breathe normally- thanks to the lovely park nearby. The hotel couldn’t provide any assistance. We survived the London Tube, but this room defeated us.

GGuest UserThe hotel seems recently renovated, with a modern design. The room was quiet, and the location is very convenient, right next to the train station. However, when I asked the reception for recommendations, they were unable to guide me around the city. I had 6 hours before my train departure and they were not able to suggest any see sights, areas to walk around or a place to have a good lunch.

GGuest UserThe hotel is showing its age and badly in need of a refit. The hotel room was as clean as it could be considering the age of the fittings and furniture but the floor boards were loose and a sloping floor meant sleeping with my legs higher than my head. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was well cooked but the helpings were very small. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a smaller sausage! All in all expensive considering what’s on offer.

GGuest UserWe had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad. The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.
