Location is good. Takes 15 minutes to get to the station and 5 minutes to go to the city centre.
Looks old building but reception area was fine. Room was just okay and tiny. There is a drawer under TV but it hasn’t closed at all. It kept opening. Also I left message about allocating nice view due to special occasion but they didn’t read and they gave terrible view room. Was really disappointed. Toilet is also tiny when I showered the water has been came out all the time. I don’t think it is 4 star hotel…
The hotel is a very old building, somewhat like a B&B, with very old facilities. Old elevators and old room facilities. The rooms are larger, the beds are softer, and they are cleaner! Although the window is small, the bathroom is relatively large with a separate bathtub, shampoo and shower gel! There is a bar downstairs in the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very polite and friendly. Please note that the soundproofing in the hotel rooms is very poor. You can hear all the activities in the next room clearly. The noise in the bar at night is also very bad. Affect rest
The hotel was in a great location as it's not far from theatre, shopping and other amenities. Only down side is the shower head really badly needed de-scaleing.

Centrally located. Beautiful old building, with rather strange modern/industrial trusts in rooms. Regular double room was rather tight on space. Bathroom large and great shower. Bit chilly in the evening, an electric heater was provided but did not work. I discovered later that none of the (10!!) plug sockets in the room worked.
Hotel is located across the road from the Airport via two flights of stairs and a covered walk.
Bar food in hotel was good and well priced for a weary traveller.
Room was large with a sofa and work desk provided. Only problem experience was with the shower
drainage which did not work well and anted to overflow into the room hence the need for an on off
shower!
Hotel breakfast was included by TRIP.COM which was really great as they opened a small continental
breakfast area with cereals, yogurts, toast etc from 04:00AM with hot food service commencing from
06:00 onwards.
Hotel is recommended for a one night airport transit stay.
The staff was helpful and and the location was close to the station. It was near the city centre and there were many restaurants nearby. Check out was easy as you just needed to put the key inside a box. Only one problem was the lacking of hair dryer, which should be supposed to have one in the suite.

Breakfast is very good, bread and fruit juice buffet, as well as a pure English breakfast, free order, taste very good! Drinking tea to tea cups is very exquisite, a breakfast out of a holiday feel! A family of three, asked if they would like an extra bed when they arrive at the hotel? We didn't add it, so we gave us the largest double bed room. The room was not as soundproof as the comment said. Very quiet, right next to the suspension bridge. This is also the hotel we were most satisfied with for a month in Bristol!
I have stayed in this hotel twice, and I changed hotels once, but I still feel that this place is very quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It is very convenient to go everywhere. It is very good and the location is good. It is in the center of the city. It is a five-minute walk from the bus station. The room Clean, fully equipped, with hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, no other toiletries and slippers, breakfast is good
Next to the Black Sheep bar and restaurant. The check-in procedure is simple and the room is clean and spacious. It is on the highway and very convenient for travel

Very Good
GGuest UserStaff very friendly, room clean but ….
Asked for high floor & quiet room. Got the bottom floor overlooking main road. Car park outside but not contracted by hotel. No baths available in entire hotel. One bed small double and an unnecessary extra single. No large beds?? Breakfast mediocre buffet prepared without love - orange juice cheap, mushrooms tasted very odd as if cooked in bleach (obviously they weren’t). US style teabag with non-boiling water from coffee machine. No skimmed milk. Etc etc
Coming back next weekend but to the hotel over the road - room options some with one large bed, some baths, robes, executive lounge rooms if desired. 2 nights for about the price of one at the Leonardo!

AAlisonGreat location hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty of choice. Located opposite cabot circus shopping centre with free parking at nearby multi storey.
We had a ok stay in an accessible room that comprised of a double bed and large sofa bed. Room was a little tatty and in need of renovation. Beds were poor, double had sagging mattresses but wasn't uncomfortable and matress on sofa bed was very thin and not very comfortable according to our 18 year old son. Facilities were very good as in plenty of clean towels, toiletries and bottled water, tea, coffee and biscuits.
I would stay again but if I'm honest I did feel it was value for money.
GGuest UserA very nice experience, staff friendly and room clean. Food a bit disappointing not everyone likes curries etc but we managed just with soup.
MMadelineNice room, very clean and bathroom was nice and clean too. Location is good with a bus stop just outside which takes you to the centre but also is very quick to walk

GGuest UserConvenient transportation, there is a bus stop downstairs, and there is a Chinese restaurant ”Meet and Greet” next to it. You can walk to the University of Bristol, and it is a ten-minute walk from the city center. The breakfast is quite rich
AAnonymous UserA place in heart of Bristol city center. A place just to crash for night sleep . Don't expect to have a relaxing day in the hotel . Hotel itself has maze of stairs up and down . Building is historical. Rooms layout is not good for people who don't like doing stairs and can get confused easily where to go . Overall it's okay for few nights sleep . 🙂🙂🙂

GGuest UserWe had the loveliest time here the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was about a 30 minute walk into town and if you are travelling into town at rush hour walking is the best way as the traffic was pretty bad.
The room we stayed in was beautiful and clean and tidy and we were blown away by the service from the staff it really was lovely infact I was shocked to find they were part of a group and not independent as it felt the kind of service you would get from an independent. The bar and restaurants were lovely and the building was so beautiful inside and out we had a really lovely stay toiletries were provided and they smelt beautiful. thanks so much we had a lovely time.
GGuest UserIt was a nice hotel on the whole, but the room had water/damp stains on the wall and could have been cleaned better (few hairs and dust etc). Staff were all very friendly and the facilities were average, as you would expect from a budget hotel.
