"Wonderful location; Good service in check-in or luggage storage; But the housekeeper knocked on the door at 10 am. Due to the poor sound insulation, we could clearly hear the sounds when the housekeeper cleaned other rooms or other guests sat outside our room. Not suitable for people who have light sleep"

"Stayed here on a Saturday as seeing family in Morecambe, Excellent location to the town and Train Station, On arrival Reception helpful and friendly and we upgraded to the breakfast for £10 PP for the morning. We booked a family room and this was probably the biggest family room I have stayed in. There is a lift, but in keeping with the building this is a gate shut lift, so be prepared, I quite like it as it gave character to the hotel. Our room was dated and a little grubby, but they are renovation happening and our room was one to be renovated. They have a small bar and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. We had lunch in the restaurant for 4 people plus drinks and we then retired to the bar area for a couple hours and the bill was just over £30 per person, which I think was very reasonable, considering the many cocktails I had ! The meal was lovely and decent portions. We would definitely stay here a again when visiting family. 10/10"

"Love the hotel. Huge room size and bathroom, ample parking, good facilities - kettle, tea, coffee - close to city centre, hospital and halal food. It’s so good that we came back and stayed for another week! Definitely my go to hotel whenever Im in Lancaster."

"The location is in the center of Lancaster, there is a supermarket nearby, shopping is convenient, the service is warm, there are milk, cereal, fruit, etc. at the door, morning and evening, you can pick it up on demand, the room and bathroom are spacious, the room is comfortable, the health is good, the first floor is a bar, but not noisy, nearby parking spaces are tight, stay satisfied, Recommended stay"
