"Hotel is very close to the airport, but note that the hotel shuttle is 4 pounds (what happened to the days of this service being free? 😭).
Staff was a bit of a mixed bag. I was checked in by a rather miserable person, but check-out was polite and friendly.
My room said a king bed, but I don't know if UK bed sizes are different, but it was more like a double. Room appeared clean, but I did find some hairs in the sheets that didn't belong to me and one of my pillows looked a little suspect.
Fine stay for just a night when you need to be near the airport. Vegan options available for meals, although I didn't eat at the hotel."

"When you arrive the hotel looks very good. The room are a little bit old and for this reason doesn’t appear clean (at least is clean). For example in the bathroom there is a lot of limescale. Great position if you arrive late at Stansted airport or if you leave early in the morning. The breakfast is good, not the best one that I seen, but I liked it: complete and everything clean at the breakfast room. It’s a good solution for staying one night without any particular expectation."

"Currently the very large reception/lounge is under renovation work so not looking it's best and the bar may well be out of action. Our room was satisfactory however our shower was very low pressure so overall it was feeling a little tired. Location couldn't be better really as it's about 200m walk from the terminal"

"Very convenient stay close to the airport
Positive: super friendly and helpful staff, very early breakfast, possibility to pack breakfast and take it with you.
Not so positive: To get to the hotel one requires to get a bus and pay 4.5 pounds for the ride one way."

"Have stayed in Premier Inn and Radisson at Stansted. Def an improvement on Radisson. My room smelt of aviation fuel! Premier inn rooms Premier plus rooms are on a par with Novotel . Found Novotel lacking in not supplying bottles of water in room, but where they win is the lovely bar and restaurant. Really nice meal, excellent staff, I asked for my chips to be crispy, served as requested and food really hot, I will return."

"The hotel itself is very dated and basic but absolutely fine for a night stay before or after a flight. Everything was just perfect for us. Cheap and cheerful for our budget. Staff were helpful and check in/ out easy. Ideal location for Stansted airport as it's literally 5 minutes away from the airport carparks. It's at a welcome break area so KFC, burger king and subway onsite."

"The accomodation & service was fine & what you would expect. I would potentially would have liked a bit bigger selection of food for the evening meals.
The main thing that you could look at is making the signage a bit clearer as to how to access the property- we did not expect it to be by the services , so maybe state that in your advert- as we ended up going around the huge intersection again , as we expected a separate entrance for the hotel. Thanks"

"The location is a bit far from main road but the property is well situated. A clean building but the hot water didn't work in the bathroom (perhaps there needs to be some manual assistance in getting it operated that's if it works). My TV didn't work as there's a faulty connection. There should be some level of noise control in the building as you hear everyone speaking from within next doors. "
