"This accommodation really nice. Just walk 1 minute to Central Park Mall through Neo soho. You will get much compliment that the other place didn't offer , such as netflix and TV cable (for this price range). Because i travel much , and my netflix subscription only gave me 2 weeks travelling code, is so annoying but luckily i get netflix compliment in property. I really enjoy stay here. Definitely will be back here if I touch down to jakarta again 🥰"

Ccandylicious1234I recently stayed at Brits Hotel Puri Indah, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping centers and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was clean, modern, and spacious, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout my visit.
Overall, Brits Hotel Puri Indah is a great option for both business and leisure travelers. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

Room is very comfortable and clean.
Breakfast spread is sufficient and service staff helpful and friendly. Special mention to FnB Aura, Nagita and Lisa and concierge Fitto.

SSitiLovely attentive service from the team across different departments. Truly appreciate the whatsapp engagements to ask about my stay and if I needed additional assistance. My first time at this hotel and had the superbly pleasant surprise that the decor, warmth from the staff and their service level was similar to the Hilton Inn Garden standards that I received 2 weeks ago when in Istanbul. When in Jakarta for work, I usually keep to the few hotels that are attached to the mall. Green Sedaya Mall is small compared to other malls but has a sufficient mix of retail store (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, snacks stands, optical store etc). For quick last minute buy, the hotel has a pop-up convenience store next to the lobby. I also chose Hilton Inn Garden Palem due to its proximity to the airport, just under 20 mins. Will be back if I don't need to be at the city centre for the next trip.

TTravel RythmStaying in a deluxe room was much much better than an executive suite, hotel fulfilled our request to decorate our room for the anniversary. We started to enjoy our stay after our first day staying in executive suite ended up with disappointment, breakfast area very crowded but it's fine and restaurant staffs doing excellent job. When we check out Joshua very nice and professional, and we would be happy to stay again with Pullman in the future.

AArdelia HumargaSimple chain hotel with strategic location. What i dont know is the hotel is on 7th floor. You need to drive up to 7th floor to reach hotel lobby. Anyway, everything is good. Aircond is not that cold. Booked 4 night for only 77 US dollar with bank vouchers. What a steal. Thank you trip.com

GGuest UserThe location is good, the hotel facilities are not bad, and the cleanliness is okay. The breakfast is also great. However, the hotel staff's work attitude is very bad. No one greets the guests in the morning when they see them, and the shampoo in the room ran out, so I asked them to bring it back three times, but they did not bring it to the room. I asked them to look up something simple on the Internet, but they were very rude. The attitude of the staff who do not like to do their work, for example, are reluctant to have guests ask questions, was disgusting. If I ever go to this hotel again, it will be because of these staff members.

JJulius DharmaUpon check in, we got a room which was located on 6th floor. Inside the room, there was no bath towel and we had to (literally) beg for bath towels. The towels made to our rooms after half an hour. We also found dead cockroach inside our room. The tv show a mirror view. There are a lot of things need to be fixed in this hotel. Its a sinking ship in my opinion. Too bad, because the location is very strategic.
