"The hotel is only three stops away from the railway station Porta Nuova. The hotel is 2-3 minutes walk from the subway station. This is very convenient. The hotel is located on the main road. It is easy to find a walk from the station when we come. The nearby walk is 10 minutes. There is a Pam supermarket on the left and right. The room comes with free water, but there are no slippers for two days. The room is not big, but it is enough. A three-star hotel is worth the price. Two or three front desks are more serious and not very friendly"
"Great breakfast. Fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, real cappuccino. Nicely furnished, friendly staff. Only drawback for some people no elevator."
"The room was a decent size and not too cramped, but the bathroom was small and the shower cubicle was tight. Breakfast was ok, but no fresh fruit, only canned fruit."

"The location is invincible. It is opposite the train station, subway and bus. The staff are very enthusiastic and help to call a car and take the luggage. It feels like they are working hard! The room is also very new and I am very satisfied with it! If you rent a car, it is also very convenient here. There is sixt opposite, which is convenient for renting and returning a car"
"The hotel is very cool, close to the center. Breakfast is delicious and the hotel owner is very nice and helpful in every topic, including the command of cool places in Torino, even offered us a drone a local wine. Thanks for the whole service. The hotel is a commanding hotel."
"Well what can I say. It's supposed to be the 4 star hotel. the location is great. The staff working there work very hard and are polite. Breakfast is really good. However the facilities Inside our room are terrible. We had to call the facility twice!!! The plugs in the room only working 1 !!! I think they need to get rewiring. Very dated facility inside the room. They eventually brought us an extension cable. The bed mattress was also terrible. Other than that I liked this hotel but I don't give them 4 stats."
"What kind of bicycles do you need at this price? The breakfast was very rich, the room was clean and spacious, and there was an Italian sister at the front desk who could speak Chinese."
"A good hotel near the center, second line from the river, next to the park. Rooms are spacious, high ceilings, comfortable bed, good sauna. Breakfast is good in Italian (except that fruit and vegetables are a little small). The area is full of bars, cafes and restaurants. There is a paid indoor parking that you need to book in advance. Parking is located a little far away (go 15 minutes fast, but it is such an area - there is also a ZTL restriction on the morning travel works, so be careful) and the road to the parking is not the most obvious, especially at the end, Especially if the repairs on the streets. In general, it is definitely recommended."
"Just a few minutes walk from the station, a bit outside of the city center. Located on a quiet street, it is very safe to walk here. Beside it is a convenience store that also closes late so that was very helpful. Rooms are a bit old but clean. Walls are thin so you can here the outside and other rooms quite a bit, it didnt bother me as much however. The bathroom size was just enough, with towels, soaps and plastic cups for you to use. It also has a fridge, bottle opener and a safe if youd like those. All in all, it was worth the price and was helpful during the trip. One more thing, the keys are the old style, so when you leave, you have to leave the keys at the front desk. When you come back, someone will give you back the keys. "
"Aside from the location being farther than expected, it's a pretty good place to stay.
It's located in a residential area, so it's quiet and the bus stops right in front."

YY DarjeelingThe man who helped for check in was very professional and friendly, spoke French and English too which was great.
I asked for the tourist information at the desk too which was very clear and helpful.
The parking was easy in front of the hotel, a spacious room, a great choice for breakfast.
Cleanliness, in general was good, except a few spots on the floor in the bathroom was missed.
I will recommend to any of my friends.
跳跳舞的大笨象Really good. Big and clean. Everything equipment is new. There’s a big balcony outside the room. You can have a sun bath. The receptionists are very professional and helpful.
GGuest UserVery good location, right opposite Turino train station. Walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by restaurants. Fuss less check in, have all the basis amenities in the room, except for wine glasses, and they do not provide bottled water and toothbrush that most hotels do. Supermarket is also right beside the hotel, can get all the basic necessities there.
KKassen ChuHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.
PPui Yu JeffreyConveniently located within 5 minutes walking distance from Torino Porta Nuova station. The rooms are clean and spacious and exude a historic vibe. The staff were very helpful even during late check-in and were able to give useful information about the vicinity of the hotel. The area is safe even during night time and are a close walk to the shopping district nearby.
GGuest UserTurin in January had a chilly wind and was -2 to 7 degrees Celsius, but this hotel was warm from the front desk. There was no air conditioning but heating. The building is old but simple and clean. You can hear the voices from the next room, but it's just conversation, so it wasn't too much of a problem and I was able to stay comfortably. It was a bit disappointing that the contents of the trash can in the bathroom were still there. The people at the front desk were very nice. There is no kettle. Shampoo, body gel, hand soap, towels, hair dryer, and paper cups are provided.
AAdriana NoeliaThe hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport.
The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom.
We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.
EEdytaWe spent 3 nights in the hotel. Breakfasts were delicious and the room was very tidy and cosy. There is a tram station just across the street but if you're aiming to get to the center you can also take a walk along the river.
AAngelinaI loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size.
I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops.
Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.
TTakoltermanAlthough this seems a little out of the way, it’s actually a quick 10 minute walk from the nearest train station. There is not a whole lot around so taking the train into the CBD is kind of necessary but worth it I think. These were single beds which was a pleasant surprise; although still very squeaky. There was an included breakfast in the morning consisting of cereal, croissants, rolls, and juices.
