"Very old hotel, it looks like they don’t check the rooms properly before giving them to the customers, sink was clogged, doesn’t have heater, every time that somebody flush the toilet the lines makes a lot of noise, blanket was dirty or had stains, closet was dirty, I cleaned it with a wipe before putting my clothes and came very dirty, very basic amount of towels with only shampoo and conditioner. At the end of the day you get what you pay! Food was good at the restaurant, If you have a car, parking is free, free WiFi as well."
"Pillow cases were obviously unwashed with huge blood spot inside folded/tucked inside portion of pillowcase on the also bloodied pillow. Cannot imagine how this happened but it was super gross, disappointing, and very disgusting that is was placed on bed let alone left inside room. Very glad we didn’t see or use pillow as it was not noticed until we placed it from couch where we laid the extra bed pillows back onto bed but that certainly made us very uncertain about overall cleanliness of everything in room and property. Asked at checkout if they would notify or check with housekeepers, hotel said they were sorry but that was all they said"

"Хороший бюджетный отель. Находится близко к центру. Из минусов, окна нашего номера выходят во внутренний маленький дворик размером 3×3 метра. При открытых окнах, можно увидеть соседа🙃"
"A half-hour of beautiful arts walking, very clean the room, I am fan of the tins in the bathroom.
Air conditioning, TV and mini-eating room.
The only thing I didn't like was that when I wanted to ask for room service they never answered."
"The room was renovated a while ago and is quite old. The bathroom still uses the old-fashioned small bathtub and shower head, which is not suitable for older people. The location is very good, there are several parks nearby, which is suitable for running in the morning, and the gym facilities are complete."
"The hotel is only across the road from the exhibition hall, which is very convenient. The surrounding office buildings are relatively concentrated and the environment is better! The hotel service staff are very polite. Highly recommended for short-term business trips."
"The hotel is in a great location, close to the historical center, very close to the subway, and convenient parking. There is a night market in the surrounding square at night, which is very lively. The hotel service is very good and very safe."

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center were excellent. Great location too, close to all the main attractions. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience that I would absolutely recommend to others.

GGuest UserFirst of all! I found that domestic hotels are already cheaper than booking! Like Trip.com
Secondly! This hotel is in a good location. I arrived at 8:30 in the morning and let me check in early. It was really great!
Finally! The room is huge! The air conditioner is a bit noisy, and in general it is not hidden.

GGuest UserThe location is awesome. The hotel is more than basic, the pictures are a bit deceiving. There wasn't even space for us to put our clothes, no wardrobe nothing. Four days and our clothes had to stay in our bags or around the room.
It also didn't have a good mirror, only one in the bathroom which is not convenient.
The hotel is on a 4th or 3rd floor, I honestly can't remember but it was a lot of stairs, and it's inside a building that resembled a small shopping center.
It's walking distance to a lot of attractions, very good location.
The breakfast was good, freshly prepared for each individual. There's a very nice rooftop, don't miss it.
The hotel is not quiet at all, but I guess it's because of the location, it's hard to get a good night sleep if you're easily awakened :)
Upon arrival the man on the checking desk asked me to fill yet another form that had weird questions like if I liked dogs or cats and he said that I had to take a selfie! He said this was for verification reasons and that ”booking” asks him to do so, I told him I already verified my reservation and that I booked via Trip.com, he insisted at first and then when I was firm he said that it's ok and that there was no need.

AAnonymous UserAcceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room.
Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.
AAnonymous UserI finished paying in advance with the app, but I said I couldn't confirm it, so I asked him to pay again, so he even confirmed the reservation number stored on his mobile phone and the contents of the payment, but he said he didn't know. After a long time, I didn't apologize for confirming that it was a trip.com app, but the room was also broken. It was replaced again soon.
The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange.
But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice.
It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.

GGuest UserIt's good but a little old. There are shampoo, soap, body lotion, hangers, iron, refrigerator, coffee machine, but there are no slippers or kettles. The floor-to-ceiling windows can't be opened and it's a bit stuffy. The air conditioner is either too hot or too cold.

MM F GomezThe hotel has a fabulous location right in the middle of everything, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit simpler than it appears in the photos, it is quite an old hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and that makes the stay better, the restaurant downstairs is delicious. It does not have air conditioning and the facilities are old. If you are going to do a visa application for the USA it is convenient for you but not for a comfortable stay.

JJCMONACOI have been around three
Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …
