"good location, big hotel, good food but pricey for what it is, terrible wifi, had to leave my room for reception"

"The hotel place in located within the busy Cebu City Metropolis accessible to major Malls, Banks, Food outlets and other hotel buildings. You can feel the vibrant City life when you step out of your room especially during the prime hours of the night. Although quite a bit old, the facade of the hotel is clean. Some unpleasant odor of cleansing solution in the floor facade during my check-in date. Overall, the hotel stay is good."

"They have a baby pool that is just the right size for my daughter and a pool good enough for my teenage son. The water faucet has well-maintained hot and cold shower plumbing and it makes it so comfortable to rest when all amenities are working. Their massage is 24 hours open. Their sauna in the gym is a bit inconvenient because you have to walk pass through all the people working out if you want to use the sauna. Other than that, everything is excellent!"

"Booked this hotel for the nth time already. If you're travelling for an event, they have an iron and iron board in the hotel ready for use. There is an ATM machine just beside the lobby and also 7/11. What more can you say? So close to the Radisson Blu, SM City Cebu, and the MyBus terminal is just in front of the hotel. The buffet breakfast is so good, too. Definitely recommended!"

"If you are just in need of a place to crash, this is it. Excellent location near the bus station or the malls. And very cheap -about 400-500 pesos cheaper than comparable rooms around the corner, so it's on budget while providing a professional finish that looks and feels decent rather than dumpy. Will definitely book again in the future. My aircon was a bit noisy, but for the price, id decertainly book again."

"The place is good! Though it could be better. We went to the hotel and we were asked by the guard which room, since I booked with trip.com and it's my first time I didn't really know what he meant. So, we waited for more or less than 30 min. then the guard called for the owner, then it went well from there. Then, upon checking the room, the blanket is only good for 1 person. One of the pillows has no case. Then we cant't turn on the TV 'cause it can't reach the socket, and there's no extension for it. Also, there's a wifi but we don't know how to connect with it. We were not able to connect with the owner as well. But the rest of the stay is good, the location of the place and the unit itself is very nice."
