"Modern concept of the building, the room is spacious and clean. You can still get some view of the ocean from the balcony. The staff are very polite and helpful. Easily contactable through official email to give update about arrival and the reply was fast. Breakfast is served on the balcony at your preferred time starting from 730am. There is option for halal meal for muslim guests. The water pressure for the overhead shower is a bit low, but you can use the smaller shower head with tiny holes which gives strong pressure. The water also drains quite slowly at the shower area, which makes it easily flooded. Not sure what's the problem with the draining hole. Hope the management could address the issue (room 205). Overall, it was a very nice stay and i would definitely come back here again."

"Great location, by my favorite restaurant papaya mom. Close to sunrise beach my favorite for snorkeling. Clean, free water with daily cleaning. We will stay here again, good budget hotel."

"Spacious room, comfortable beds, snow-white bed linen, checked in earlier than the allotted time. Breakfasts are delicious. The staff is friendly. You also come back with pleasure. Of the minuses - there are few places in the shade on the beach."

"They really fulfill my request by allocating my room beside the walkway, which you able to see partial seaview. And the hotel staff here are super friendly. Especially Aon and Hna from the pool bar and restaurant. They make friend with us, make us feel more welcomed. Aon make a really good cocktails. I like the blue long island tea and bird of paradise. Overall the room is super clean and comfy. Is just 3min walks to the beach and restaurant. The breakfast is super nice, and you can get ice cream too. The hotel should give the 2 staff a good thumbs up and rewards by making hotel guest stay happily."

"Everything was okay and arrangement was in order. Only minor hiccup is that my room bathroom water discharges opening was clogged and subsequently I changed to another room but this time the room Aircon was not functioning properly and room was stuffy. I later changed back to the previous room. Some time was wasted there. Staff was polite and everyday provided 2 free bottle of mineral water. Lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant was at the discounted rate. They also provided free transportation from jetty to the hotel and vice Versa. Breakfast is FOC and guest can order everything from their breakfast menu."

"Everything was perfect. It was very difficult to go back to work after we enjoyed this beautiful vacation at 10 moons lipe resort. We are missing the watermelon coconut juice, the pancakes, the beach and the amazing hospitality from the staff. We hope we can come back soon!"
