"They really fulfill my request by allocating my room beside the walkway, which you able to see partial seaview. And the hotel staff here are super friendly. Especially Aon and Hna from the pool bar and restaurant. They make friend with us, make us feel more welcomed. Aon make a really good cocktails. I like the blue long island tea and bird of paradise. Overall the room is super clean and comfy. Is just 3min walks to the beach and restaurant. The breakfast is super nice, and you can get ice cream too. The hotel should give the 2 staff a good thumbs up and rewards by making hotel guest stay happily."

"Absolutely love this place. Clean rooms with ample space to run around/play ball right by the beach! Sunrise at your doorstep. Restaurant on the beach! With affordable prices and good taste. Quiet enough for peace and privacy. The sea breeze room is spacious with large comfy bed with seat to nap outside. The standard room is slightly smaller but has the same amenities - fridge, TV, clothes dryer line, hammock etc. 5 mins walk to main street for shops/ restaurants. Friendly staff all around. We also stayed at Anda and San Pita and Salisa goes top of the list. Staff will wait to transfer from pier to hotel and return for free. It s not a fancy place by any means but has everything for a fun Lipe holiday. ."

"Everything was okay and arrangement was in order. Only minor hiccup is that my room bathroom water discharges opening was clogged and subsequently I changed to another room but this time the room Aircon was not functioning properly and room was stuffy. I later changed back to the previous room. Some time was wasted there. Staff was polite and everyday provided 2 free bottle of mineral water. Lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant was at the discounted rate. They also provided free transportation from jetty to the hotel and vice Versa. Breakfast is FOC and guest can order everything from their breakfast menu."

"I had an amazing experience staying at Bundhaya Villa. The view was truly outstanding, making every moment feel relaxing and memorable. The room was spacious and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to unwind. I especially loved having breakfast with a stunning blue sea view—a beautiful way to start the day. The entire landscape around the resort is beautifully maintained, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. Another big plus is that the hotel is very close to the immigration area, which is convenient for travelers. Overall, Bundhaya Villa is a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it."

While the overall experience was pleasant, the property itself feels quite dated, and the rooms and facilities would benefit from renovations and modern updates. With some refurbishment, this could be an excellent beachfront hotel."

"Lovely resort located on a lovely beach. It is a lil run down but it's clean and the breakfast options are variety. Beautiful beach and clean swimming pool. A lot of activities for kids. 500m walk to the walking street"
