"The overall environment is very clean, the room is cleaned every day, and the bedding and bathroom supplies are very clean. The front desk reception is very enthusiastic, the check-in is fast, and they also proactively provide travel suggestions, which is very considerate."
"I loved this hotel! Great service-check in was a breeze and even the valet was helpful. On the 4th they had special cake pops and drinks to celebrate. They have me a free upgrade with a city view-so watching the fireworks at the end of the night was amazing. Great hotel, great experience."

"Room was neat and tidy but the only concern is that they don’t provide free parking. Valet parking is available for $60 overnight. But there are few paid self parkings available around the place."
"Top location, in front of union station when you leave the train platform from airport, just walk through the ground floor of the building in front of the arrival train platform."

"Clean, cozy and comfortable! We had a cute suite with an awesome city view and for way less than most of the hotels in the area. It’s in a very convenient spot and was easy to get Ubers to the Paramount and Welton Room. My husband and I had a great time!"
"No one cleaned the room on the last day and it was useless to bring it to the front desk. The hotel does not have a breakfast buffet. The location is a little bit biased. Fortunately, there is a supermarket next to it, which is quite convenient. Someone helped parking at the hotel, great"

GGuest UserNice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.
CComer the roamerThe check-in and check out was super easy! The free airport shuttle was super helpful as well. My room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide selection of food items. The gym was small and cramped but luckily not occupied. The surrounding area had a diner and a gas station with a Mexican restaurant attached.
GGuest UserThey did above and beyond to make our state safe because
Of the COVID-19 virus. Our room was not like others Hampton we hqve been for a 3 start hotel. It looked like more a 2 start hotel. But our room was good for the price we paid. We found a deal on trip.com under $80.
GGuest UserThe location is very good, close to Union Station, there is a free mall ride bus stop, and there are big blue bears and some famous restaurants nearby.
The room is quite large, clean, and the bed is soft. There is a big window but it cannot be opened. There is a city view and snow-capped mountains in the distance outside the window, which is very beautiful! The breakfast is rich, and there is tea, coffee and hot water in the lobby. Overall very satisfied!

SSarah B85The staff were super nice and helpful, rooms were clean and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Our biggest complaint is the giant see-through window in the shower that anyone in the bedroom could pretty much see you naked, that frosted glass was not blocking anything out. Probably fine if you’re in the room alone or with a partner, but if you maybe have friends for acquaintances stop by while you’re still getting ready or if you share a room with your kid… It’s just kind of weird. There also was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s pretty common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. It also would’ve been nice to have had more than two towels in the room.
I will still stay here again because I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the location was perfect for what I needed.

杜杜It is very close to Union Station and 16th Street. There is a free bus to and from the State Capitol and the station on 16th Street. There is a light rail to the airport for $ 10.5 at Union Station. It is very convenient to buy a self-service machine.

GGuest UserExcellent location close enough to the Convention Center to walk over for our show/event. Close enough to walk to plenty of restaurant options from Taco Bell and Chipotle to Maggiano's, Hard Rock Cafe, excellent Thai food, etc. We did not have to use or move our vehicle during the entire stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. The big and only issue which we had was no hot water in the room for the first two days of our stay and that hot shower is vital! We were complimented breakfast and a beverage for one day, so this helped to make up for the lack of hot water in the hotel for those two days. The breakfast was excellent and the only hot meal we were able to have in the 3 mornings we were in Denver, but would have been economically out of our reach if not complimentary.

GGuest UserGreat location to DIA. Least expensive for the least amount of time spent in hotel. Basically just there to take early morning flight. Workout room seemed a little neglected but for the most part good. Something wrong with the treadmill while running onto it. Coffee could be better. Staff was helpful. Cards to room didn’t work several times but they said I kept erasing the strip somehow. Helped me get my steps for the day going back and forth. Haha. All and all a good hotel for the need!
出出差了This is the first time I have come to Denver, I booked it online, so I am not sure about the location. It is a bit far from the city and I need a taxi. The hotel is ok, similar to other hotels in the United States.
