"It is a relatively old-fashioned hotel type, but the English at the front desk has to be very standard, there are not many types of breakfast, but it fully meets the needs, the proprietress and each table say hello and chat, the surrounding environment is also very good, unfortunately did not go shopping."
"The Delevan is one of my favorite hotels. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The airport shuttle arrived before we exited baggage claim, and Sonny, the driver, was personable and efficient. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, and the restaurants, including the new Petra, are stylish, reasonably-priced and the food is excellent. Reliably pleasant all around. "
"Others can be, the location is very close to the airport, there is an American restaurant a few hundred meters nearby, the facilities are also very complete, it is almost hygienic"

"I appreciated the location - it feels a bit secluded with woods around and relatively quiet, even though it’s near the main road. There are grocery stores, restaurants, etc. nearby (accessible by car). The bed was comfortable and taking bath was great and helpful for resting and warming up after a long day. I recommend."

"The overall experience was great. We had a small problem with our room but we were immediately moved to another bigger & better room. The staff was most helpful, friendly & courteous. Would have liked to have a ”hot” complementary breakfast."

"I was fine with the hotel but it is not for everyone.
The hotel is a bit dated. The room is quite simple but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and there was a good selection of tv channels. However, there is some deep cleaning required as the heater intake was VERY dusty (see image). The shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. The towels were fine for me, but they are quite thin and small. When checking in, I noticed shampoo packets were available at the front desk, but only hand soap packets were provided in the room. Water was not provided in the room nor was there a water dispenser to fill a water bottle. The hotel may want to consider providing a water dispenser in the lobby. The hotel description gives the impression that parking is not available though there was ample parking. It is near a highly developed area with lots of restaurants nearby. However, it is in a bit of a secluded area so it is best suited for travelers with a car. I was a bit disappointed that my room was not available at 430pm (check-in is at 3pm) but the hotel was short staffed that day. The staff I interacted with were polite and tried their best to be helpful.
The main concern people may have is safety. The hotel is at the end of a quiet street and it is brightly lit outside of the hotel. However, many of the rooms open outdoors and there was no security staff visible at the hotel. It is certainly a budget hotel and many of the clients had a rough appearance. I was fine but some may not be comfortable, especially single female travelers.
I would consider booking again but only for a quick and inexpensive stay."

GGuest UserAddress and location: It’s not close to the airport, it still takes five or six minutes to drive. It snowed heavily that day and the hotel suspended the free shuttle service.
Service: The front desk staff are patient and friendly. After the shuttle stopped running, they called a car for me for free and took me to the airport. When someone was making noise upstairs at night, I called the front desk and they helped me deal with it.
Breakfast: The breakfast is very rich and there are quite a lot of hot foods. It is rare in Buf.
Room: Clean and hygienic, the bedding is comfortable, and the room is super large. It's just not very soundproof, you can hear the sound of people walking upstairs in the small living room. That day, there was a group of teeagers who were playing a game upstairs. They kept making noise until 11 o'clock. I couldn't bear it anymore and called the front desk. Then it became quiet.
AAnonymous UserThe photo shows the sunset from our hotel room.
The room was well designed and I especially liked the bathroom shower, which reminded me of an expensive hotel. There was a wide variety of breakfast options.
However, it was unfortunate that the laundry room was broken and could not be used.
MMacy9410(-) Noticed a stain on the bedsheet, they ran out of toothbrushes, also TRU Hilton hotels usually give complimentary waters on check ins; this did not provide any.
(+) We had two comfy queen sized bed, spacious room, free breakfast but limited options, free coffee available 24/7. Overall stay was okay.
