I took my children to Cixi to play. After arriving at the hotel, the whole hotel environment is not bad, and the children also like it very much. The waiter named Chen Hong at the front desk of the registration room upgraded our room for free. The buffet service in the morning is also very thoughtful. Say something dry, I hope it helps everyone Reason for stay: The New Year package bought by the elderly, we booked for 3 days 1. This is a standard business hotel, mainly for a price/performance ratio, so don't report expectations but have surprises 2. In the middle of a bunch of 4S shops, don't expect to walk out to have any places to eat and shop; but there is a [Wuyue Plaza] driving out a few kilometers nearby, where you can eat, drink and play. 3. Because there are chess and card rooms and karaoke, there must be more passenger flow for the elderly on weekends. Please consider it clearly before booking for parent-child users. 4. At this price, the room area is more sufficient, there are extra points; the big bed room has a big bed, and the parent-child users don’t have to worry about the baby crowding you at night. 5. I don’t know why, everyone is willing to park on the ground, but there are enough parking spaces underground. It takes a distance from 🅿️ to the room, and you have to change the elevator once. 6. The hotel will lock the room card for you at 12 o'clock. If you want to go back to get things, you have to ask for help to clean the aunt. Why not consider it? I waited for the room for more than half an hour when I checked in. This needs to be improved. The weather is hot, the room is hot, there is a summer feeling 8. The house is cleaned and the spare parts are changed. The bed is not made. Forget the few days, there are really many guests, and I am not happy to complain. Rooms were hot, hot HOT!! I wish they’d put a window in or something to stop us from propping the corridor door open at night. We paid for the room which gives access to the lounge. Lounge had great food and drinks of the first night - I wa impressed. They then closed the lounge on our second night and opted to give us a takeaway box which was no where near the value of paying for the executive room. Luckily, the hotel agreed to give us a refund for our remaining nights and we went to a different hotel. I think in Normal times - when covid is well and truly finished - this hotel would get a revisit. Staff were friendly and like I said, lounge served some good food.
