"It takes 30 minutes to get to the city from this hotel, and the sound of the plane landing is very obvious. The four of us stayed for 2 nights. The double room type is not bad, and it feels very warm."

"The location is right at the airport, a bit noisy facing the airport, the hotel provides free and punctual shuttle bus to the airport, you can make an appointment one day in advance, the front desk brother is very nice, take the initiative to apply for a delay of checkin for 2 hours, like"

"The hotel location and facilities were good but no management. We reached at night around 1am and when check in they just gave us room keys. No one helped to put the luggage into room. We have managed everything by ourselves. Then the ac was not working so we informed at the reception and waited 30 min for the electrician to fix it. Electrician informed it will take a while to fix it so we again asked to change the room and then they arrange another room. Almost wasted one hour to get into room and same happened in the morning when checked out that no one came up to step out the heavy luggage bags for us."

"The whole is very good, the house does not provide water, but you can find the front desk to get it yourself. There is a swimming pool. Don't take the initiative to ask to go in and change the quilt every four days. But will come in every day to take out garbage. Many supermarkets within two kilometers around, you can walk, you can Uber. Breakfast can be buffet, it is recommended to buffet, breakfast type is a bit small, but it is also good."

GGuest UserHad a good stay. The pool area is very nice and the hotel is pretty clean. There are ice machines conveniently located on each floor and we had a great view of the pool area and the Sphere. Housekeeping was hit or miss when we called them. Once, they forgot to send towels up and once we were hung up on, but they cleaned the room well. Would be nice to be closer to the center of the *****, but it was still nice.

AAneeshvm123I am very happy to write this review. Overall, it was fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth and the rooms which i was stayed were very clean, spacious and well equipped with necessary amenities.
The hotel ambiance was delightful, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The buffet were very nice and they got all kind of choices which makes it special.
From the hotel there were access to the nearby other hotels.
Overall, I had a memorable stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

EEnrico HaddeI love the location, the room is quite nice. The check-in service is friendly. However, we stayed for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned at all. They did gave us extra soaps and shampoo though when the housekeepers were cleaning the other rooms. We asked whether they will clean our room, the housekeeper replied that our room was not on her list.
The ****** area is quite nice, but I think may need extra food places, there are few restaurants/food places, but they're selling pretty much the same thing (Cafe, Starbucks, Western food), the only different is Chi Asian (but only opens at night) and McDonalds. Would be great if there is another Asian cuisine or In N Out, or Mexican.

GGuest UserGreat location on the *****. Like how it’s linked to walk to other hotels & the monorail is handy, cuts out a little walking time!
Check in easy & staff very helpful. They even checked the notes sent to them via a third party for requests & were very accommodating with that.
One downer was the luggage storage after check out. Only one person doing it all which was ridiculous for a busy weekend, therefore creating a long queue & wait time!

RReneesim2017I was downgraded from a Grand 2 Queen bed room to a single studio room at the Studio Tower. I was not informed of the change until after I reached the room. I called reception to request for my room to be changed back to what I booked and was told that there was no more such rooms available. After waiting for more than half a hour for them to find an alternative, I was put in a Grand King room plus a rollaway bed as I was having a cold and did not want to spread my virus to my niece. As far as I am concerned it was still a downgrade as one of us had to sleep on the rollaway bed which was not as comfortable as the proper bed.

CCheungPeggyConvenient location. Off ***** but close enough to the *****, Chinatown (the good food!) and freeway. Free parking. The only down side I can think of is the small window by the bath tub. It’s a clear window with no curtain. We could see other rooms from that window, so we decided to use a towel to cover it up.

SStephenWe stayed at Masquerade tower. It's not as fancy as its website's photos. Maybe those photos referred to Ipanema tower.
The room was clean. The front desk check-in experience was good. We enjoyed our stay and had the great city view (on the 20th floor). We did experience some issues if Rio improved them.
1. Our room was at the end of the hallway. We had to run lots of cold water before getting the hot water out. It's a waste.
2. It lacks proper directional signs. We had to ask a couple of service staff to get to the front desk and our room.
3. We couldn't find a luggage cart (or there wasn't one?) to bring our stuff in one trip. Each one-way trip from the garage to our room took us 10 minutes.
4. Due to high wind conditions, the pool area was closed. We were disappointed because It only opened between 9-18.

GGuest UserHit up this hotel in Vegas that’s pretty easy on the wallet and in a solid spot, just a 10-minute stroll from all the big shows at MGM Grand. Felt totally safe around there, even when stepping out at 5 AM for day trips, way before sunrise.
But, just a heads-up, during my week’s stay, housekeeping only swung by once, and they were kinda skimpy on the water, only two small bottles provided. Ended up feeling under the weather one day, stuck in my room feeling rough. Had to ask the staff for more water the next day, and they were super cool about it, hooking me up with five bottles right away.
