Premier Inn Cobham

We found the premier inn at cobham to be clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and willing to help. It was quiet and we slept very well when we was there. We stayed because we was at a wedding in Chertsey and when looking for hotels near the venue found online that this seemed to be the best that suited us for price and facilities. We couldn’t fault it at all

Have stayed in various Premier Inns. They deliver what I expect. Staff at Cobham were very helpful. Could to fault them,

The room wasn't cleaned, dirty cups, a chocolate (or what I hope was chocolate) stain/mark on one of the duvets that thankfully we didn't have to use. 2 large bugs under the duvet of the main double bed, the standard tea/coffee amenities were only half filled with 1 tea bag, no coffee and no White sugar. The breakfast the following day was good quality food, the room itself would've be fine if it was cleaned and as it should be!

Initially given a double room when a twin was booked, but friendly receptionist changed us quickly. Charged for 4 breakfasts when only requested 2, was told this would be refunded by two different members of staff, but 5 days later no refunds or written confirmation of refund and unable to find a way to contact Premier Inn to confirm. Was attending a wedding and at 171 basic rate for the room would have expected an iron, but only a small issue. Appreciate price fluctuates based on demand of course. Bed very comfortable and room was very quiet.

The greeter at breakfast in the morning was rudest man I’ve ever met even though we were told breakfast would be the last at 9:45. He insisted it would be a 9:30 even though we were told Reception the night before the latest was 9:45 he insisted that it was 9:30 and we should’ve been there on time, I think he needs a bit more customer Service training.

The hotel is very friendly, clean and comfortable. Not especially fancy and room was very small, but provides excellent value for money as it fulfills all the requirements -free parking, comfortable bed, free wifi, great breakfast, power shower, quiet rooms, and friendly staff. Our stay was for convenience, close to airport and on way to other destination but would definitely stay here again. Can't beat the price!

Manager and receptionist should be sacked, they couldn’t even organise two new light bulbs for my bathroom, breakfast selection was pitiful, complained and was told that “this restaurant does not offer a buffet service” even though it does. Tried to complain about various things but was fobbed off and lied to. Complained via official channels, which apparently takes 30 days.

Very attractive hotel, in wide open area with easy parking, easy check in and helpful staff. Room was clean, very comfortable bed and soft sheets.

Rooms OK but a bit tired and not maintained that well, the heating kept cutting out and we woke up cold in the night, we checked with reception who were very good as usual and we were using the heating correctly. Also the lady who did breakfast had a very bad attitude problem, we had booked and paid via reception for 8.45 to 9.00 but when we walked in she said breakfast finished at 8.30 (which is far too early) but we could have what was left as long as we did it in 15 minutes as she was then clearing it all away, she said she had been there 12 years and it was an ongoing problem, but when I suggested that she speak to the hotel she just wanted to moan and complain instead of trying to resolve the problem.
