I slipped in the tub.. my room bathroom is terrible.. the shower door gets water on the floor. Water was everywhere.. I really am disappointed about this stay!!

I really liked the modern decor and the feeling of comfort of the room and overall facility. I didn’t like seeing some of the areas like window sills and door frames and trim that were visibly dirty.

Interesting stay. Rainy day. Check in was simple and easy. Desk staff were responsive and friendly. Walking to elevator, noticed floor especially slick with the extra moisture on my feet. Had to be more careful than normal. Room was clean and everything worked. Bathroom paint could use an update. Was cracking and could see mildew in corners. Someone pulled fire alarm 2:26am. that was annoying for all guests. Was not clear if evacuation was needed. Stayed in room. Never got a call from desk to confirm either way. Finally fell back asleep and woke up to a repeated clatter from next room. Then came the sounds of a woman. Apparently the walls are a bit thin.

The hotel was nice and evening staff very friendly however it’s seems like overnight staff allowed for few couples to make as much noise slamming doors and arguing throughout the night preventing people from sleeping. I don’t know how especially the couple next to me was allowed to remain there when they were inconsiderate of others staying at the hotel.

I like the hotel it provided a much needed atmosphere of relaxation. However on Super Bowl Sunday I left the bar to return to my room to finish watching the. only to discover my television wasn't working and there was no maintance on site. Only the front desk lady and the bartender w was on the property i had to get dressed and be relocated so missed the half time show as well as some plays.

I would have been happy with my stay, but during my search on ******* I specifically looked for hotels without an added pet fee. Sure enough upon check in, there is a $50 pet fee after all. Very disappointing.

Entrance smelled everyday like pot, so did hallways. Not sure how often management checks this hotel but it was not good. Music in Lobby and elevator loud like a club! Hotel was out of hand soap! Had to ask for towels and cups. Nice hotel but management needs to step up!
