The location of the hotel is very good, but the facilities are a little old, but the price is really cheap.

I stayed there passing by. The hotel room was OK, clean and tidy, but there was no laundry room. Breakfast was charged. I suggest eating breakfast nearby.

When I got to hotel to check-in it was around 10pm and was told i had to waite that my room wasn't ready despite check in being 3pm, and wasn't able to till 11pm. It only had towels for 1 instead of 3, so I had to go down for more. Saturday fell over wastebasket 🗑 housekeeping left in middle of floor by the dresser, and didn’t do anything else in room. No housekeeping whole time I was there. I had to keep going for towels. I had 2 service dogs with me and was hasseled every day we went for breakfast and was made to sit away from others eating. I was argued with when I tried to educate lady at dining room checking people in, and she even made rude comments to others coming in to eat, especially on Monday. Major Disability Education needs to be done when it comes to Service Dogs and Laws. Im a legally blind disabled veteran who feels discriminated against due to having 2 service dogs with me and my guests.

The pot holes were over due to be repaired in parking lot. I liked having an outside door near my room.
Wasn’t thrilled that the ******* App was not updated with regard to no restaurant facilities Monday and Tuesday night which is why I chose to stay there. Long road trip, want to have food with me before I check in or in the hotel, I had neither bcs it was advertised to have a restaurant.
The front where you drive up to check in, was hit by a truck seems like a while ago, looks awful as a first impression, not having stayed there before, I was driving coast to coast, and have had some pretty disappointing and downright nasty experiences, luckily the inside isn’t like the outside. But if I were driving up and didn’t book room ahead, I wouldn’t have gone in.

I got here at 9pm to check in and had to wait about 45min because the rooms were not clean yet do to staff shortage and our room cards did not work the entire first night, anytime we left the room a maintenance or security guard had to open our room for us! I felt bad for the workers at the front desk who had to deal with alot of angry guest for the same reasons.

Never stay at this hotel unless you like to feel uncomfortable. The lobby has molding ceiling tiles, the hallways have dirty carpet and beat up walls, the elevators are sketchy, the furniture in the room looked like it was picked up off a street corner, and the bathroom had a cracked sink and disgusting shower. I would recommend spending the extra money and staying at the Sheraton next door!! I checked out of the hotel without a refund because it was so gross. The worst part was that the staff didn’t seem surprised.

The hotel really shows its age. The hotel really needs some updating. The rooms were pretty clean and the beds were pretty comfortable.
Options for breakfast could be much better.
Half of the staff at the front desk were not that welcoming. The other half were pretty good.
The staff at the breakfast area were all really nice.
