The cleaning crew lady working on the ground level is horrible. Ask for directions she has an attitude. Her customer service needs to be better.

Clean and modern decor was very inviting. Our room had two doubles and felt roomy. Beds weren’t the most comfortable I have slept on. Bathroom was very nice except the hot water ran out half way through the first person’s shower (4 of us). For the price we would stay again.

Smells like smoke everywhere. Tobacco and other substances.
The stairs were wet and in poor shape (falling apart).
The breakfast is hard boiled eggs in a fridge and sausage patties that sit in the warmer for a while. Coffee dispenser is not clean.
I stayed for 5 nights. They serviced the room the first night then it wasn’t touched after that.
The door to the stairwell I was told to use was broken so I had to find another way in.
The room wasn’t terrible but definitely had some DIY remodeling going on.
It was the Arnold’s weekend. I booked with La Quinta because I know the brand well, but this is the first time it’s been so rough. ******* wanted me to rewrite this review…twice. I took out a lot of details because they didn’t like it.

I can say.. there was no bugs. But did I feel safe? No. The pictures DO NOT do justice to the la Quinta. We have stayed in many La Quintas and there were extremely nice. I cannot say the same for this one. It was extremely disturbing. Also there is no elevator. This is one of those hotels that you would see in a scary zombie movie where the lights were flickering and it had already been jacked up. My bathroom floor had a hole in it. Like a legit hole. The stick on floor tile was cracked and there was a dip almost took me out. Room service come by once on the last day we were there. Stay at your own risk. Nice people not so nice hotel.
