"Hotel con buena calidad a nivel limpieza y asistencia. No obstante existen puntos a pulir para que la experiencia sea perfecta: -tanto la bañera como la placa resbalaban de una manera peligrosa sobre todo para personas mayores -el aire centralizado estaba bloqueado para 25 grados, generando con ello calor en la habitación -en el desayuno no había carteles suficientes informando de que ibas a comer, unido a poca variedad en todos los puestos (dulce, salado, embutidos, etc.) -poca gama de productos asturianos en el buffet -y por último un detalle, que para un hotel de este nivel, nos dejo un poco de mal sabor. Se agotó el zumo de naranja sobre las 10 15,abandone el buffet a las 10 45 y seguía sin aparecer el mismo. Nada que reprochar, sino todo lo contrario, FELICITAR, en la limpieza y la atención al público. Esperamos que al volver se pulan estos detalles porque volveremos de nuevo. Gracias y un saludo"
