"The worst and most disappointing hotel in Spain is this one. I had a good experience two years ago. I came here with my parents. I wanted to bring my parents to enjoy it. I didn’t expect it to be so disappointing. I booked 2 superior double rooms early in the morning, but the room was a poor location (corner corner) in the entire hotel, poor view (to the parking lot), poor facilities (the light The lights are not lit, the bathroom is the same as the guest house). When I came here two years ago, my friend in Europe helped me book the same price for the same room type, but the view to the valley was very beautiful. So I was shocked to see the obsolescence of this room. I ran to communicate with the front desk. I hope that at least one of the two rooms will have a room with a good view. Parents can at least watch it. I don’t care. But the front desk said that the entire hotel was booked without a room. I don't understand, the hotel is full, so the worst room is for me, so take it for granted? Pay the same money, book the same room type, should I live in the worst room and get the worst treatment? It is not clear whether this is because of the relationship I have booked through China Ctrip. The rest of the hotel is Westerners. Very disappointed with this hotel. I hope that I have not been here before, so I don't have to experience this unpleasant experience."

"I was very surprised by this accommodation, as it was not what I expected. Such a pleasant stay. 1 night en route to the south of Spain so location was great for the travelling, just a few kilometres off the main autoroute but also in a small, peaceful town. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was clean and well run. The breakfast was standard but included in the room rate. The accommodation is really good value for money and the pool is a lovely extra added bonus. My only suggestions for improvements would be that it would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The biggest attraction to this place appears to be the restaurant and when I arrived that was very busy and I would have liked to eat here as there are not many restaurants around, but being vegetarian, I didn’t find much option on the menu, however there is a pizza take away on site just to the rear so that was very handy for us"
