Lovely hotel right in heart of city . Excellent breakfast , staff very friendly would definitely stay there again

I've stayed many times at this hotel. Such a great location within the city and the hotel itself is an architectural and historical gem. Gracious and welcoming staff. Breakfast is continental with some great Danish elements mixed in. Very quality and eco-conscious.

Rooms range from large to small, with the larger one costing more than 2,000 yuan. All rooms have hot water kettles, which is pretty good. The biggest trouble is the lack of slippers. Remember to bring it. Also, the location of this hotel is great. When you go out and turn right, you will find Chinese food and Japanese fried noodles, which are pretty good. And behind it is the business district. It's just that the breakfast is not friendly to Chinese people. There is no delicious food. It is treated carelessly every morning.

The experience was quite bad. I booked a standard king-size room, which was very small. The toilet had a glass door and no wall. The heater didn't work, so the waiter later sent a heater. The sanitation was not clean. I made an appoin**ent with the cleaner, but he didn't do it. I had to ask the front desk before he came. The garbage was not taken out. I felt that the waiter was exclusive.
