The location is good and the service is quite nice. Just that the single room is unbelievably small and there is no fridge in the room either. Another thing I have to mention is that the bathroom door simply won't stay open and keeps shutting automatically, which is absolutely dreadful. The shower door is broken. Other than above, it's fine. But what's left anyway?

Average hotel but bed in the rooms are too soft

The room is small and more suitable for one person. The service quality is very good, the front desk staff is very warm and friendly, the daily cleaning is very thorough, and the towels and sheets will be changed by default.

The room is relatively small and facing the street, so it is a bit noisy at night. The soundproofing is not good, and I can hear the vibration of the phone next door clearly. The most bizarre thing is that the room was not cleaned the next day. I asked, and they told me that I had to hang a certain sign before it would be cleaned. Then I went back at night and found that the room seemed to be cleaned, but in fact, they just made the bed. The bathroom was not cleaned, and the towels were not changed. Advantages: There is a handsome guy who can speak Chinese, who is very enthusiastic and very kind; the breakfast is good, with my favorite fried dumplings, which is really a surprise; the location is good, close to the City Hall and Tivoli Gardens. The subway station is a little far away, but it is acceptable.

I booked a twin room. When I checked in, I was told that I booked it for one person. If I want to stay with two people, I need to pay an additional 250 Danish kroner. This is the first time I encountered this kind of charging service. Maybe it is like this in Northern Europe😮💨. The room is quite small. If you open the suitcase, there will be no place to pass by. It is not very convenient to take things every time if you don't open it. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the train station. It is too close to take a taxi and too far to walk. The winter wind in Copenhagen is really cold.

Totally ok hotel stay. The room was not that big but sufficient when you just need to spend the night. There were three of us in the room and the sofa was rock hard and very narrow, so it was no pleasure. Nice cleaning and an excellent breakfast .

我們住的是家庭房，面積比較大，有一張梳化床，還有健身用的啞鈴，可以做健身用途。但毛巾有污漬！洗手盆的去水位塞有問題，不能關上！前台員工都非常友善，樂於助我們解決問題！

設施：房間設施比較齊全。 衞生：房間衞生比較乾淨，每天會打掃。 環境：房間環境比較普通，裝修風格比較簡約。 服務：除了酒店前台以外基本沒有服務。
