Modern, clean, in a central location, yet quiet (rooms to an inner court). Beds were comfy.
Breakfast buffet was great, with fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, yoghurt, cereal and different types of bread and cheese/cold cuts.
Team was friendly. I would definitely return.
This hotel is very distinctive in an old building, so there is no new hotel equipment except the elevator, and even the door lock is an old key door lock. Breakfast is very good and worth trying. The room is spacious and hygienic, but I am not sure if all the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. Our room is not, so the hotel has two fans in the room. The traffic is also very convenient, two minutes downstairs to the tram stop to go to various attractions and stations.

The location of the hotel is also very good, the facilities are also very good, and the restaurant on the first floor is also very good, but I chose the opera scenery and paid for it, but I can only see the trees in front of the hotel. Although I made a complaint, the hotel also made an opera I said it was a view, and I didn't say I wanted a high floor, so I said it was assigned like this. The opera view is covered with trees, but how is the opera view! ? And even if it's not a high floor, I thought it was good to see, so if I knew it, I would ask you to arrange a high floor. It almost ruined the anniversary. Please refer to those who want to see the opera view. The picture was taken in the room I stayed in.
And the shower room was clean, but the sewer smelled bad. Just closed the door, it didn't smell, so I went over, but please refer to those who use the shower room.
Very Good

Very good hotel. Convenient location: there are tram stops nearby. In this hotel we rented a room similar to a small apartment. There is a kitchen (refrigerator, stove, kettle, dishes). This was exactly what we needed. We wanted to live in Vienna, go to the store and cook our own food. The owner of the hotel is a responsive person. My plans changed several times and each time he met me halfway, for which I am so grateful to him.
Melia Vienna Hotel is a symphony of luxury, nestled within the modern and dynamic DC Tower. The hotel stands as a testament to refined elegance, offering guests captivating views of Vienna and allowing them to immerse in a sanctuary of comfort and style.
From the very first moment, the welcoming and diligent staff displayed a high level of professionalism and warmth, setting a hospitable tone that persisted throughout my stay. The check-in was efficient and cordial, indicative of the seamless service that is a hallmark of Melia Vienna.
The accommodation was a masterpiece of comfort and sophisticated design, with plush bedding and cutting-edge amenities, creating an ambiance of tranquility and luxury. The meticulous cleanliness and upkeep of both the room and the communal areas spoke volumes about the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
The gastronomic experience at Melia Vienna was a culinary delight, featuring a plethora of delectable dishes that embody the rich gastronomic heritage of Vienna while integrating flavors from around the world. The presentation was visually appealing, and the ambiance of the dining area was both elegant and relaxing, adding to the enjoyment of every meal.
The hotel’s prime location is a boon, offering easy accessibility to the cultural treasures, business districts, and vibrant life of Vienna. The state-of-the-art fitness center and tranquil spa facilities provided the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of the city, ensuring a balanced and rejuvenating stay.
To sum up, Melia Vienna Hotel is a jewel in Vienna’s hospitality scene, combining unparalleled service, luxurious accommodation, gourmet dining, and a superb location to provide a memorable and enriching experience for all guests seeking the charm and elegance of Vienna.

This hotel is located in the city center, with a good location and very convenient transportation. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the subway station and tram station to reach anywhere in the city. The hotel has a history of more than 100 years and has a nostalgic feeling. The hotel's breakfast is also good, but Chinese people may not be used to it because it is mainly cold food and there is no toaster. Although the room is not big, the design is very good and the service staff are very enthusiastic. In short, it is a very good stay experience and I will stay there again if I have the chance.
The room is very spacious, and the bed is not small and narrow like most of the beds in European accommodation. There is a special dressing table, a bathtub with separate wet and dry areas, and it is also very clean. Very satisfied! The only thing is that it is not in the city center. If you want to go to the scenic spot, you have to take the subway. It is very close to the subway. In addition, Vienna is not big, and it usually takes only 15 minutes to get there, so it is actually very convenient. Finally, there is a supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient! (The hotel did not take pictures, but the actual naked eye may be better than the official pictures they put up...

The location is very good, a bunch of famous shops nearby, it is very convenient to go to museums or important attractions, all on foot. The concierge helped book a seven-person car to visit the farther attractions such as Schönbrunn Palace. The driver was very nice and there was no additional charge for the timeout.

The location and service were top notch.
The amenities were also from a great brand, so I was very satisfied.
However, since this is a fairly prestigious hotel, you should be a little mindful of the dress code.

Hotel Ambassodor. Visited for a Christmas holidays. Excellent location, right in a center of pedestrian area in the center of old town. We had a suit on the sixth floor, under the roof with a view of St. Stefan. Two TVs, kitchen amenities, did not need to ask for a kettle. It was available along with coffee maker loaded with capsules. Excellent breakfast, Good service, clean suit. Quite satisfied.

WWenjingJavelinI got another Ritz room card haha. The location of this hotel is very good. It is only about a five-minute walk from the Golden Hall. There are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The location is very good.
The person who helped check in at the front desk was Madeleine. I secretly wrote down her name. She was so nice. She spoke in an organized manner, was very meticulous, and was very friendly. My first impression of this place was very good.
The price of the room is not low. You can get a suite at the same price in China. The space is only about 30 square meters. The shower space here is larger than that in Budapest. There is also a bathtub and the toiletries are also from the diptyque fig series.
The room provides free glass bottles of mineral water every day. It is not as good as the turndown service in Buda, but overall it is very good.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel more by accident than planning but I was so very pleased when we arrived. The location is great as it is within short walks to busses, trams and trains. The receptionists are super helpful to explain how to get to different places.
Our room was a fantastic size with a super comfortable bed.
The bathroom was lovey and warm and had everything we needed.
I love the fact the hotel works towards being eco friendly and we chose not to have a daily clean to help with this.
I would highly recommend anyone to book a stay here. We’ll certainly come back.
LLambertlanboThe location seems to be a bit biased, but fortunately, I am used to commuting in China for a long time. Need to change the subway to the city.
Hotel service is OK, conversion head is free to borrow. It is all rooms that want a view of the Danube River, you have to add money!
European hotel rooms are the same size, there is a shopping mall downstairs, and it is OK to buy fast food.
DM supermarkets can buy daily necessities!
GGuest UserExcellent little hotel, right opposite Vienna Hbf which makes getting around super easy. The bathrooms have all been refurbished and they are fantastic. Hotel is really clean. In the middle of being upgraded so no bar yet and the keycards don’t work so you have to get a key for the rooms. But what a fab location and great little hotel. Felt really safe as a solo woman traveller and will definitely stay here again. Great price too and staff all really friendly and helpful. I didn’t have breakfast here as you’re opposite the main station so plenty of options there instead.
CCesar PardoLocation is a usually the best thing of this place. Right in front of the metro station. Price always is good enough for the Austrian standards plus breakfast is decent with flexible hours.
Worst thing? Service without doubts, in the evening there is a guy that it might give you a hand but his attitude is one of the worst I’ve experienced in a hotel. It’s a pity because the hotel is actually good if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in Vienna.
LLDP-VIENNAI stayed at this hotel twice within just a matter of days while having medical treatments in Vienna. The 1st was from 18-27 October '24 (9 nights) then again from 03-21 November '24 (18 nights). I must say that I am quite satisfied on both occasions altho' I would have appreciated it more, had I received an added cleaning service. Having stayed that long during each visit, it was a bit disappointing that the chambermaid showed up to clean only twice during my 2nd stay!!!
Other than that, it is highly recommendable due to its great location and fair price. I will definitely return again in April for my follow up treatments.
GGuest UserA gem not far from the city centre, there is a tram station just 1 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast is plentiful and diverse, staff is friendly.
For sure we gonna stay here next when in Vienna again.
BBo RFor the price this room was perfect. The location is not far from the U1Metro and you are equally close to the city center.
When I first arrived I used the lift to get my heavy bag to the main floor. Unfortunately, with all my bags I failed to read the notice about the red line that you must be in front of so I was temporarily stuck in the elevator. I called the listed number and they cleared that up immediately.
The room is a bed a desk and a television with a full bathroom. For the price I found this to be more than enough. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what is being offered but I didn't bother since I was so close to so many restaurants.
The front desk is occupied only a few hours a day and when I first arrived my key was sitting on the desk with my name on it. This was at around 4:30PM so I was a little surprised. The next day I was able to share my passport info and check in. I was able to call the number and speak with someone at 11pm to extend my stay a day so I can't complain about the service.
Perhaps the only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the wifi was very spotty and disconnected frequently. Luckily, due to the central location in the capitol of Austria cell service was top notch.
I would happily stay again at Dan's In'n Out and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

MMoon MonkeyQuite a good hotel near the central station of Vienna. I walked from the station with large suitcases. It's 1 kilometer. The hotel was clean, warm, comfortable. The linen was very fresh and snow-white. The bed was soft.
For one person it's perfect.
I registered in advance, so I had no problems checking in in the evening. Although I agree that the hotel needs an employee.
Cons: 1 hour to the center. No markets in the evening. The price is a bit high.
