No geral o hotel como um todo é bastante agradável, no entanto o banheiro, dentro do box, é um pouco apertado para o banho. O frigobar tbm deixa a desejar no quesito estética pois estava bastante enferrujada em áreas visíveis com aspecto um tanto quanto feio. Os manobristas do período noturno costumavam cantar pneus do meu carro ao subir do sub-solo para o andar onde recebíamos o carro, alguns poderiam dizer: Tá, mas para subir é necessário pisar um pouco mais pois o carro precisa embalar... E eu seria obrigado a concordar com tal retórica não fosse o manobrista desta amanhã, 22/12, exato dia do meu checkout e q tive o privilégio de encontrar esse manobrista o qual, infelizmente, não tive a iniciativa de perguntar o nome. Agradeço a atenção e os serviços prestados a todos os envolvidos no período se minha estadia!

Clean, spacious, well-located room with a very practical balcony, excellent breakfast. But I have a complaint: it has a exhaustor (air outlet) in the bathroom that sounds at the same time as the light is lighting, which makes the stay in the bathroom very unpleasant, and it is impossible to leave the light off because the bathroom is dark, it is a noisy bathroom. If you have another person in the room, you will be disturbed to hear the exhaustor while the other is in the bathroom.

I was hosted for 4 nights and was a pleasant surprise. Location is the strong point of this hostel; close to shopping in Batel , lunch and excellent restaurants. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. Hotel aprovado! Café da manhã delicioso com muitas opções de pães, salgados e doces (infelizmente nada sem glúten). No quarto triplo, só tinha uma tomada (e mais duas no banheiro) e o ar-condicionado fazia um pouco de barulho, então seriam dois pontos a melhorar. Atendimento e localização excelentes. Banheiro também ótimo, espaçoso e ducha muito boa!

The hotel is very clean, the surrounding environment is good, very quiet. The restaurant coffee machine provides hot water 24 hours a day. This is very good. I borrowed the tableware to soak instant noodles at noon on the day I left. It was very cool.

Amei a hospedagem, o lugar é aprazível e muito confortável. Meus pais idosos amaram. Meu sobrinho gostou tanto que irá de novo com a mãe e o irmão . Nota 1000.

Wonderful service, all super-performing staff, service always with good humor, smiles, super-conjoyant room, heated pool and spectacular breakfast. (best coffee from all hotels I have ever stayed) You can book without fear! Because of some comments I was unsure about the stay... But you can be quiet that the note is 1000!
