"The hotel is advertised as luxurious! But in fact: the cleaning is bad and they forget to clean... water flows under the tap, the staff does not make concessions. To any request they answer: NO!!! Everything is dirty and you will paw it. On the bed and doors the previous guests painted crosses with oil... In short, the service is 3!"
"The room is nice and clean well. Everything (room, beach, swimming pool and restaurant) is nearby together. You don't waste the time to walk. Beach and reef is good. There is some fish also but not that much. Food has small variety but acceptable bc it's delicious.
Only one point can be amended is a quick response for simple request. My room has no shampoo and I did request since first day arrived, 4 times in total. And I got it last day I was in hotel.
Everything else is perfect!"
"The rating I gave is a bit too high compared to the reality we found ourselves in. The room we were checked into was not prepared properly: the bed was dirty and had someone else's hair on it, the door to the balcony didn't open. While they were preparing our room, we went to explore the hotel grounds and discovered that the huge pool and water slides were closed for renovation, although the hotel website didn't mention it. I contacted Trip.com and requested a cancellation. We were eventually upgraded to a room by the small pool, which had no bar or slides, so we couldn't take full advantage of our all-inclusive plan. In addition, on the first day we had no hot water in the shower and had to go to another room to wash ourselves.
Technically, the pool and beach are supposed to be open from 8:00, but at that time there were never any lifeguards or beach towels. There were also no tables on the beach for personal items or the drinks we ordered. The pier on the beach was not cleaned properly.
The food in the restaurant was not varied enough. There was no seafood or ice cream in the assortment. The dessert was not tasty except for the date pie.
Perhaps the only thing that was great was the hotel staff. Everyone smiled at us and wanted to help, and make our vacation the most comfortable and unforgettable. Many thanks to the staff for all this. We also liked the SPA. It was comfortable and clean. The massages were performed professionally and upon request."
"Very good cheap hotel. It is right at sea .The room is decorated in original style .On the territory constantly cleaned. There is wi-fi all over the territory.Very good signal. The Swedish table is also good, for the level of such hotel .The only minus, This is what hot on the Swedish table brought to 7-30, when the 10 people have finished breakfast . Thank you for the reception!"
"The overall service was very good. We stayed for three days and two nights. Due to the bus schedule, we arrived at the hotel as early as 9:00am. The hotel was very considerate and provided us with an early check-in at about 11:00am. You can take a good rest by tidying up your room.
The cleanliness of the room was as expected, except that the lights were dim and the hot water was hot enough, but the water pressure was average. Employees and even lifeguards are cleaning various areas whenever they have time, so it is no wonder that the hotel environment is very clean. For seaside hotels, it is the hotel with the fewest mosquitoes I have ever seen.
The quality of breakfast and dinner is up to par. There are a large number of desserts, delicious breads and various salads. There are many types of cheese and milk to choose from. Only the meat is of average Egyptian standard, and there is still room for improvement. But the two dinners had different places, which was a little surprise.
The most satisfactory thing is the service of the hotel staff: due to our bus schedule being cancelled, we need to change our itinerary and temporarily need to change the originally charged late check-out of 6 hours ($35 USD) to a 3-hour late check-out ($17 USD). USD), the waiters Mr. Hussain and Mr. Kevolles were very willing to understand our situation and solved our problems. Thank them.
Suggested areas for improvement by the hotel include the following:
1. Increase the frequency of flights to and from Dahab Downtown
2. Improve power supply stability
3. Check the room equipment regularly. For example, the wash basin, toilet and hot water kettle in our room were all broken.
But Jaz Dahabeya made our stay wonderful. Great memories of Dahab."
"Everything was good, except that the driver who called a taxi from the hotel to Sharm Hotel was a bit emm. The hotel said the driver wanted 50 dollars (I gave 30 dollars + 1000 Egyptian pounds). We had to leave before sunset and I wanted to watch the sunset on the way. As a result, the driver stopped at a small shop near the Dahab checkpoint and said he wanted to drink coffee. I drank this coffee and browsed my phone slowly for half an hour. I urged him twice and it was dark before I left. (He was not in a hurry because he knew I was not going to the airport.) As a result, the hotel in Sharm asked me for money and said I had to pay at least 10 dollars. He said he thought I was going to the airport, blabla, and the hotel only gave him 30 dollars, blabla. He yawned on the road. I was afraid of driving fatigue and talking to him. He cried poor all the way. Finally, he asked for money... I said I called your colleague and I clearly paid the equivalent of 50 dollars. So you still have to pay me 10 dollars. The old man didn't say anything and left. He is really greedy and stupid."
