房間很乾凈可以看到海景，我是帶家人一起來的房東人很好會推薦當地美食，這個價格可以看到海真的很有性價比， 下次有機會還會來

性價比其實挺高的，在小區裏。有個大陽台，老闆也是很nice 。如果不是非要追求那種出門就是洱海的，面積上還是很有優勢的。我其實挺不喜歡住面積小的房間。帶2個孩子，整個二樓電動閘門關起來很有安全感，也不用擔心打擾到其他人。私密性比較好。衞生方面是很滿意的。
正面看湖面會有一點遮擋，但是躺床上的視角是滿屏的洱海。就看你怎麼去權衡了。整體還是很讚的。
暖氣很夠，衞浴用品都是很新款的，不用擔心衣服冷了穿上身，這點很贊。雲南早晚温差很大，房間確實暖暖的～
早餐，晚餐可以訂外賣回來吃，也是挺方便的。
小區很安靜，我有停車位，免停車費。
